عنوان فارسی سیاست‌ها و محورهای راهبردی برنامه‌های توسعه دانشگاهی در دانشگاه‌های منتخب دنیا
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده: این تحقیق با همودف کاوش و شناسایی سیاست‌ها و محورهای راهبردی تعدادی از دانشگاه‌های جهان انجام گرفته است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی– تحلیلی و روش کیفی (فن پژوهشی تحلیل محتوا و تحلیل اسنادی برنامه‌های راهبردی) و نمونه مورد بررسی شامل 14 دانشگاه در10 کشور بوده است. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات در سطح خرد (سازمان دانشگاه) مبنا قرار گرفت. در این راستا، مقوله‌های مفهومی و محورهای اصلی هر یک از این سطوح، استخراج و در جدول‌هایی به تفکیک کشورها و دانشگاه‌های منتخب درج شد. نتایج نشان داد محورها و مقوله‌های مورد تأکید عبارت‌اند از: تحول در آموزش دانشگاهی، پژوهش، مدیریت برنامه‌های توسعه‌ای، نقش دولت، تضمین کیفیت خدمات اجتماعی و تخصصی و نوع تعاملات و پاسخگویی با محیط بیرونی و درونی، همکاری‌های بین‌المللی در آموزش و پژوهش، گفتگوی بین فرهنگ‌ها، اقتصاد جهانی، حرکت در راستای دانشگاهی جهانی با توجه به شرایط زمینه‌ای.

عنوان انگلیسی Strategic Policies and Foundations of Academic Development Plans in the Selected Universities across the World
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract: This research aimed at exploring and identifying the strategic policies and foundations of a number of selected universities across the world. This descriptive-analytical study made use of the qualitative method (e.g. content analysis and documentary analysis of strategic plans) in order to investigate a sample of 14 universities in 10 countries. The information analysis was conducted on micro level (organization of the university). In this regard, fundamental foundations and the conceptual categories of each level were extracted and, then, they were presented into separated tables in terms of the selected countries and universities. The results of the analysis indicated that the fundamental foundations and categories were as follows: the evolution of academic education, research, management of development plans, the role of the government, the quality assurance of social and specialized services, the type of interaction and accountability towards external and internal environments, international cooperation in educational and research domains, intercultural dialogue, global economy and processing towards global universities with respect to contextual conditions.
