چکیده فارسی مقاله ارزیابی آمادگی سازمان‌های فرهنگی و آموزشی استان ایلام  برای کاربرد نظام آموزش ضمن خدمت الکترونیکی[1] ندا فتح‌اللهی[1]  حسین مهدی‌زاده **  اسفندیار محمدی *** چکیده      آموزش الکترونیکی یکی از پیشرفت‌های نوظهور فن‌آوری‌‌های اطلاعات و ارتباطات در عرصه‌ی آموزش کارکنان است و انجام دادن مطالعات امکان‌سنجی به منظور سنجش میزان آمادگی سازمان‌های مختلف برای استقرار این نوع نظام آموزشی ضروری می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی و با هدف سنجش میزان آمادگی استقرار نظام آموزش ضمن خدمت الکترونیکی در سازمان‌های فرهنگی و آموزشی استان ایلام و بر مبنای مدل قائنی و عبدالحق(1389) صورت گرفت. به منظور گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای، ابتدا پنج سازمان فرهنگی و آموزشی استان ایلام(شامل: اداره کل فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی ایلام، سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای استان ایلام، دانشگاه ایلام، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام، اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان ایلام) انتخاب شدند و نظرات 119 نفر از کارکنان و مدیران در قالب پرسش‌نامه‌ای محقق ساخته(مبتنی بر طیف پنج ارزشی لیکرت) اخذ شد. نتایج ضریب آلفای کرونباخ نشان داد که مقیاس‌های به‌کار رفته در پرسش‌نامه دارای پایایی قابل‌قبول بوده و پنج‌نفر از صاحب‌نظران حوزه‌ی فن‌آوری‌ اطلاعات و مدیریت، روایی صوری پرسش‌نامه را تأیید کردند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که آمادگی سازمان‌های مورد مطالعه از ابعاد فرهنگی(با میانگین44/2 از 5)، ساختاری(با میانگین14/2 از 5)، منابع انسانی(با میانگین08/2 از 5)، فنی و تجهیزاتی(با میانگین93/1 از 5) و در مجموع، آمادگی کلی(با میانگین33/2 از 5) پایین‌تر از متوسط بوده و در حد مطلوب قرار ندارد. واژه‌گان کلیدی: ارزیابی آمادگی الکترونیکی، آموزش الکترونیکی، آموزش ضمن خدمت، سازمان‌های فرهنگی و آموزشی استان ایلام [1] کارشناس ارشد مدیریت اجرایی . نویسنده‌ی مسئول ** استادیار گروه مهندسی فن‌آوری اطلاعات دانشگاه ایلامونویسنده‌ی مسئول *** استادیار گروه مدیریت دانشگاه ایلام

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The assessment of Ilam Cultural and Educational Organizations readiness to apply electronic in-service training system Hossein  mahdizadeh* Esfandyar  Mohamadi** Neda fathollahi***   In the field of ​​staff training, E-training is one of the new developments in information technology and communication; and doing feasibility studies in the field of organizational readiness for establishing this kind of education system is a prerequisite for success in this field. In order to establish the electronic job training based upon Abdolhaq and Qaeeni model, this research has been conducted to study cultural and educational readiness assessment of Ilam organizations. In this study, the multi-stage random sampling has been used and the data were collected by selecting five cultural and educational organizations of Ilam province as (Headquarter of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Technical and vocational organization, Ilam university, Medical science of Ilam university, and Headquarter of Education). Meanwhile, the comments of 119 individuals of employees and managers were taken using the researcher-made questionnaire (based on five point Likert Scale). The measures in the questionnaires, according to the results of Cronbach's alpha coefficiency, had acceptable reliability, and the validity of questionnaires was confirmed by five experts in the field of Information Technology and management. The results show that the readiness of organizations with cultural dimension (with the average of 2.44 out of the 5), structural dimension (with the average of 2.14 out of the 5), human resources (with the average of 2.08 out of the 5), technology and equipment (with the average of 1.93 out of the 5) and, in total, the general readiness (with the average of 2.33 out of the 5) was below the average level and was not optimal.
