عنوان فارسی بررسی اختلالات کروموزومی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان دهان
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: در این تحقیق که برای نخستین بار در ایران صورت گرفت، هدف بررسی اختلالات کروموزومی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان دهان بود. در صورت وجود اختلالات کروموزومی می‌توان جهت پیشگیری قبل از تولد برنامه‌ریزی نمود. مواد و روش ها : این مطالعه به روش تصادفی از 45 بیمار مبتلا به سرطان دهان مراجعه کننده به دانشکده دندانپزشکی، بیمارستانهای قائم، امام رضا و امید مشهد پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه و معاینات کلینیکی و تأیید بیماری سرطان دو نمونه خون وریدی از بیمارانی که هیچ درمانی (رادیوتراپی، شیمی درمانی یا آنتی بیوتیک درمانی) در طی دو هفته قبل دریافت نکرده بودند، (حاوی هپارین، EDTA) تهیه گردید. نمونه خون هپارینه جهت کشت سلولی به آزمایشگاه ژنتیک بیمارستان قائم ارسال گردید و به روش آماری Chi-square آنالیز گردید. یافته‌ها: کشت سلول خون محیطی 30 بیمار با موفقیت انجام شد و 15 بیمار دیگر از مطالعه خارج شدند. در نمونه کاریوتایپ و بندینگ GTG این بیماران اختلال کروموزومی مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری : وجود اختلالات جزئی کروموزومی با روشهای شایع فعلی در ایران قابل مطالعه نیست و سیستم FISH امکان بیشتری برای بررسی کروموزومی فراهم می‌سازد که هنوز در ایران راه‌اندازی نشده است. مطالعه ژنتیک مولکولی و ایزوله نمودن ژن می‌تواند در درک، نقش ژنتیک در سرطان دهان مؤثر باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی The assessment of chromosomal abnormalities in patients with oral cancer
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: The aim of this study which was done for the first time in Iran, was the assessment of chromosomal abnormalities in patients with oral cancer. Materials & Methods: For clinical, epidemilogic and probable chromosomal abnormalities evaluation, 45 patients with oral cancer were selected from patients referred to oral disease department of Mashhad dental school and Emam Reza, Ghaem and Omid hospitals. We performed clinical examination and biopsy for confirming diagnosis of oral cancer. After pathology confirmation, two blood samples (containing EDTA and heparin) were prepared from patients who had not received any treatments (radio therapy, chemical therapy or antibiotic therapy) during the previous two weeks. Heparinized blood samples were transported to genetic laboratory for cell culture. Results: Cell culture of 30 patients was done successfully and the other 15 which failed, were excluded from the study. In Karyotype examination, no chromosomal abnormalities were detected in these patients. Conclusion: Minor chromosomal disorders can not he studied through current available procedures in Iran and FISH system which makes further studies available, had not been put into practice in Iran so far. Molecular genetic study and gene isolation can help in detecting gene effect on oral cancer.
