چکیده فارسی مقاله با توجه به اهمیت تجهیز کارگاهی در عملیات عمرانی عظیم، باید اذعان داشت که تجهیز کارگاهی عمرانی، قابل مقایسه با تجهیز سایر کارگاه­ها نیست. از این رو در این رابطه، نکاتی چند به شرح زیر یادآوری می­شود: - برآورد هزینه تجهیز کارگاهی باید توسط مهندس مشاور به صورت درصد نسبت به کل طرح تعیین شود. مشاور در رابطه با نحوه پرداخت هزینه تجهیز گارگاهی، متناسب با مراحل زمانی اجرای تجهیز کارگاهی، در مشخصات و یا فهرست بها، پیش­ بینی ­های لازم را با توجه به دستورالعمل­ های مربوطه به عمل خواهد آورد درصد هزینه تجهیز کارگاهی بسته به نوع پروژه و مشخصات آن، شرایط توپوگرافی، شرایط اقلیمی منطقه طرح تغییر می­ کند و درصد ثابتی نیست. - منظور از تجهیز و برچیدن کارگاه­ ها، تأمین ابنیه، ساختمان­ ها، تأسیسات، تجهیزات و ماشین آلات به روش احداث، نصب در کارگاه یا در اختیار گرفتن، آن­ها از امکانات موجود در محل، به صورت خرید خدمات یا اجاره است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Considering the importance of workshop equipment in massive civilian operations, it should be acknowledged that the equipment of a construction workshop is not comparable to that of other workshops. Hence, a number of points are noted in this regard as follows:- Estimation of workshop equipment costs should be carried out by the consultant engineering firm in proportion to the total project. Consultant will make the necessary predictions in specifications or price list on how to pay for workshop equipment costs in accordance with relevant instructions and considering the schedule of the implementation of workshop equipment. The percentage of the cost of workshop equipment is not constant and varies according to the type of the project and its characteristics, as well as topographic and climatic conditions of the plan's site.- The purpose of equipping and dismantling workshops is to supply buildings, facilities, equipment and machinery through constructing, installing or controlling them based on facilities on site and in the form of purchase or leasing of services.
