عنوان فارسی تحلیل رابطۀ بین سطح توقعات روستاییان و توسعۀ روستایی مطالعۀ موردی : روستاهای منطقۀ سیستان
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف توسعۀ روستایی، بهبود وضعیت روستاییان در همۀ ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی است. به گونه­ای که سطح توقعات و شرایط زندگی پایین (چیزی که در مناطق در حال توسعه وجود دارد) توقعات و آرزوهای پایین را به وجود می‌آورد و در همان حال شرایط زندگی بالاتر (مناطق توسعه‌یافته) توقعات و آرزوهای بالاتری به وجود می­آورد؛از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تحلیل رابطۀ بین سطح توقعات روستاییان و توسعۀ روستایی در روستاهای منطقۀ سیستان صورت گرفته است. تحقیق حاضر به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی مبتنی بر بررسی منابع کتابخانه‌ای، بررسی‌های میدانی و تکمیل پرسشنامه انجام گرفته است. حجم جامعۀ نمونه 400 سرپرست خانوار در 40 روستا بوده و با روش تخصیص متناسب به صورت تصادفی به‌دست آمده است و اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از مدل ANP، آزمون­های اسپیرمن و کروسکال- والیس در نرم‌افزار spssمورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج سطح‌بندی مدل ANP نشان داد که روستای سفیدابه ولورگ‌باغ به ترتیب با امتیاز نرمال 0442/0، 0378/0 بیشترین سطح توقع و روستای امامیه پایین و روستای نوری با امتیاز نرمال 031/0، 049/0 کمترین سطح توقع را داشته‌اند. از بین شاخص‌های تأثیرگذار بر سطح توقعات روستاییان از توسعۀ روستایی، به ترتیب شاخص‌های بُعد زیست‌محیطی و اجتماعی با میانگین 45/3 و 38/3 بالاترین و کمترین میزان را به خود اختصاص داده است.همچنین نتایج آزمون اسپیرمن نشان داد که بین سطح توقعات روستاییان از توسعۀ روستاهای منطقۀ سیستان، رابطۀ معناداری وجود دارد؛ به گونه­ای که با بالا رفتن سطح توقعات میزان توسعۀ روستاها افزایش می­یابد و با پایین آمدن سطح توقعات روستاییان،  میزان توسعۀ روستاها کاهش می­یابد. همچنین نتایج آزمون کروسکال والیس نشان داد که بین سطح توقعات روستاییان از توسعۀ روستایی در منطقۀ  سیستان تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Analysis of the Relationship Between the Villagers' Expectations Level and Rural Development Case study : Rural Areas of Sistan
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The objective of rural development is to improve the villagers positions in all economical, social and environmental aspects. So that, lower expectations and living conditions (the situations which exists  in developing regions) creates expectations and aspirations of low and at the same time higher living conditions (developed areas) creates higher expectations and aspirations. Hence, the present study was made with the aim to investigate the relationship between the level of expectations of villagers and rural development in rural areas of Sistan. This study has made by Descriptive- Analytical method based on library sources, field surveys and questionnaires .The volume of  sample society were 400 heads of households in 40 villages and obtained randomly by proportional allocation method and the gathered information from the Spearman and ANP tests were analyzed in SPSS software. Results of level of ANP model showed that the loge Bagh and Sefidabeh villages with normal score 0 .0442,0 .0378 have the highest level of expectation and Imamie and Noori village normal with normal score 0.031,0.049  have the lowest level of expectation, respectively. Among the effective indices on level of villagers' expectations from the rural development, environmental and social dimension indices with an average of 3.45 and 3.38 have the highest and lowest data respectively considered. Spearman test results also showed that the level of villagers' expectations from development the villages of Sistan area, there is a statistically significant relationship. So that with increasing level of expectations, the increased rural development conversely, with a low expectation of villagers positions, the rural development decreases. The Kruskal-Wallis test results showed that between level of expectations from of rural development, there are significant differences in Sistan region.
