چکیده فارسی مقاله ناصریست‌ها از جمله احزاب و تشکلهای فعال و تأثیرگذار در مصر هستند که اشتراکات زیادی در مواضع سیاست خارجی خود با جمهوری اسلامی ایران دارند. با این‌ حال، نقاط افتراقی نیز وجود دارد. مقابله آن‌ها با اسرائیل، جهان‌سوم گرایی و عدم تعهد مهمترین نقاط اشتراک است. پان‌عربیسم و سکولاریسم نیز مهمترین نقاط افتراق آن‌ها با جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. اما در شرایط کنونی، نقاط افتراق به حالت مسکوت درآمده‌اند. ناصریست‌ها از ظرفیت‌های بالایی برای برقراری رابطه سازنده با ایران، به ویژه در مورد حمایت از بشار اسد، برخوردار هستند. برقراری رابطه با آن‌ها با چالش‌های کمتری نسبت به برقراری رابطه با اسلام‌گرایان افراطی برای ایران همراه است. با این حال، سکولار بودن آن‌ها مانع از شکل‌گیری ادبیات علمی مناسب در اینباره در ایران شده است. حال سوال آن است که با بررسی نقاط اشتراک و افتراق میان جمهوری اسلامی ایران و ناصریسم محورهای همکاری دوجانبه چه خواهند بود؟ برای این منظور در ابتدا چیستی ناصریسم و احزاب آن و چگونگی روابط میان آنها با جمهوری اسلامی مورد مطالعه قرار می‌گیرد. سپس، مهمترین بنیادهای فکری این گروه برای تطابق با بنیادهای فکری جمهوری اسلامی بررسی خواهد شد. با بررسی نقاط افتراق و اشتراک می توان رویکرد مناسب برای برقراری رابطه را استخراج نمود. در نهایت این مقاله، نشان می‌دهد که جهان سوم‌گرایی و عدم تعهد رویکرد مناسبی است که همگرایی بیشتر را ایجاد خواهد کرد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Nasserists are one of the active and effective social and Political parties who have lots of similarities to Islamic Republic of Iran in foreign policy. But, there are some differences. Their combating to Israel, thid wordism and defending non alignment movement are the most important similarities. Also, Pan Arabism and secularism are the most important points of differences to IRI. However, the differences are suspended at this time. Nasserists have high potential to make constructed relation to Iran, especially to support Bashar Asad. To make relation with them has less challenges than connection to Sunni Islamist.Yet, its secularism has rejected making proper literature in Iran. The article studies Nasserism and its political branches and their relations to IRI. In addition, the most prominent of their thought are reviewed to find their similarities to IRI. At the end, the article shows that emphasis on thid wordism and defending non alignment is a proper approach for integration. We need to find other aspects of making relations and we believe that our political thought includes them. So finding and putting them to a proper manner is important. So, many kinds of relations are opened for us and we can develop our integrated party in the region.
