عنوان فارسی مولفه های امنیت شخصی از منظر اندیشه امام خمینی(ره)
چکیده فارسی مقاله امنیت شخصی یکی از مسائل مهم نظام های مردم سالار و اصلی مهم در حقوق بشر محسوب می گردد. این بعد از امنیت بر سه رکن اساسی جان، اموال و حیثیت افراد استوار است و به معنای ایجاد شرایط مناسب برای تحصیل و استیفاء حقوق شهروندی و انسانی بدون هراس و مصون از تعرض ها می باشد. از آنجایی که حریم خصوصی، کرامت انسانی، حفظ دارایی های شهروندان، صیانت از حیثیت و آبروی اشخاص برای بنیانگذار جمهوری اسلامی ایران حائز اهمیت می باشد و همچنان این مسائل در نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران مهم می باشند، این مقاله سعی دارد به این سوال پاسخ دهد که مولفه های امنیت شخصی از منظر امام خمینی(ره) کدامند؟ برای پاسخ به این سوال از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و مطالعات کتابخانه ای استفاده گردیده است و مرجع این بررسی ها، مجموعه آثار امام خمینی(ره) با محوریت صحیفه امام می باشد. یافته های مقاله حاکی از آن است که امام خمینی(ره) به مقوله حفظ و صیانت از امنیت اشخاص توجه ویژه ای داشته اند و می توان فرمان هشت ماده ای ایشان را منشور حقوق شهروندی و امنیت شخصی دانست. برخی از مولفه های امنیت شخصی از منظر امام(ره) شامل؛ برخورداری از آزادی برای شهروندان، پاسداشت حریم خصوصی و شخصی، کرامت انسانی شهروندان، حفظ حیثیت اشخاص در جامعه، ممنوعیت شکنجه با مجرمان و امنیت قضایی می باشد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Personal security is one of the key issues in human rights systems. After security, it is based on the three pillars of life, property and dignity of individuals, which means creating the right conditions for studying and upholding the rights of citizenship and humanity without fear and immunity. Since privacy, human dignity, the preservation of citizens' assets, the safeguarding of the dignity and dignity of individuals is important for the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and these issues are also important in the Islamic Republic of Iran, this paper tries to answer this question. What are the components of personal security in the perspective of Imam Khomeini? To answer this question, the descriptive-analytical method and library studies have been used and the reference of these studies is the collection of Imam Khomeini's (Imam Khomeini's) works based on Imam Khomeini's point of view. The findings of the paper indicate that Imam Khomeini has considered the issue of protecting and protecting the security of individuals, and his eight-year ruling can be considered a charter of civil rights and personal security. Some aspects of personal security from the perspective of the Imam include: the freedom of citizens, the protection of privacy and personal dignity of citizens, the preservation of the dignity of individuals in the community, the prohibition of torture with criminals and judicial security.The findings of the paper indicate that Imam Khomeini has considered the issue of protecting and protecting the security of individuals, and his eight-year ruling can be considered a charter of civil rights and personal security.
