عنوان فارسی بررسی نیازهای اطلاعاتی بهداشتی و اطلاع‌یابی سلامت در میان کاربران کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان مازندران در سال ۱۳۹۵: یک گزارش کوتاه
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: اطلاعات بهداشتی و مرتبط با حوزه سلامت، نقشی مهم و اساسی در افزایش سطح سلامت افراد جوامع امروزی دارد و می‌تواند بستر مناسبی را جهت رشد و توسعه نظام‌های سلامت کشورهای مختلف فراهم آورد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی نیازهای اطلاعاتی بهداشتی و نحوه دسترسی به اطلاعات سلامت در میان مراجعه‌کنندگان به کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان مازندران است. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر در زمره مطالعات توصیفی قرار می‌گیرد. جامعه پژوهش را 384 نفر از مراجعان به کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان مازندران در سال 1395 تشکیل می‌دهند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته و برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های ناپارامتری Mann-Whitney و Kruskal-Wallis استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که اطلاعات مربوطه به «دستیابی به زندگی سالم» و «بیماری‌های عفونی غیرواگیر» با میانگین 11/4 و 04/4، به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین نیازهای اطلاعاتی مراجعان شناسایی و بیشتر افراد (103 نفر)، نیاز به دریافت اطلاعات در طول روز را زیاد (1/28%) و پزشکان و تلویزیون را مهم‌ترین مجاری کسب اطلاعات سلامت ذکر کرده‌اند (به ترتیب 348 نفر، 8/94% و 326 نفر، 8/88%). نتیجه‌گیری: افراد نقش کتابخانه‌ها و کتابداران را در کسب اطلاعات سلامت بسیار مهم ارزیابی نموده‌اند. کتابخانه‌های عمومی می‌توانند با برنامه‌ریزی مناسب در رفع نیازهای اطلاعاتی و ارتقای آگاهی افراد در حوزه‫ بهداشت و سلامت تأثیر مثبتی داشته باشند. واژه‌های کلیدی: نیاز اطلاعاتی سلامت، اطلاع‌یابی سلامت، کتابخانه عمومی، مازندران

عنوان انگلیسی A Study of Health Information Needs and Health Information Seeking Among Users of Mazandaran Public Libraries During 2015-16: A Short Report
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Health information plays an important role related to increasing people's health level in today's societies and can provide appropriate condition for developing health policy and system of different countries. This study aimed to determine the health information needs and health information seeking ways among the users of Mazandaran public libraries. Materials and Methods: This was a descriptive study. Statistical populations included 384 users of Mazandaran public libraries in 2016. A self-constructed questionnaire was used to collectdata and data analysis was done using descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney, and Kruskal-Wallis none-parametric tests. Results: The findings showed that the information related to "access to healthy life" and "Non-communicable infectious diseases" were identified as the most important health information needs by the average of 4.11 and 4.04, respectively. Also, 28.1% of people (103) mentioned that they highlyneed to receive information throughout the day and they also stated that doctors and TV are the most important ways to access health information (348 users, 94.8% and 326 user, 88.8%, respectively). Conclusion: Users saythat public libraries play a great role in having access to health information resources. Public libraries also can be effective in obviating ing health information needs of all people in the society and helping them to improve their health information.
