عنوان فارسی راههای تامین امنیت غذایی و جایگاه آن در پدافند غیر عامل
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: با توجه به نقش نیروی انسانی سالم در توسعه یک کشور و اهمیت تغذیه و غذای سالم در سلامت انسان بعنوان محور توسعه کشور و مقابله با تهدید های خارجی در این مقاله ابتدا به تعریف امنیت غذایی ، وضعیت امنیت غذایی در ایران ونقش آن در مقابله با تهدیدات پرداخته می شود و سپس  راهکارهای موجود و استفاده از پتانسیل بومی برای ارتقاء امنیت غذایی مطرح می گردد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه از تجربیات نویسنده و سوابق و متون علمی مرتبط برای واکاوی موضوع و تحلیل آن استفاده شده است. یافته ­ها: برای جلوگیری از تهدیدات خارجی در زمینه داشتن غذای سالم و ایمن و در عین حال مغذی نیازمند سیستمی هستیم که به خودمان تکیه داشته باشد و تهدیدات خارجی نتواند بر این دسترسی تاثیرگذار باشد. در کشور ما شرایط اقلیمی متفاوت، تنوع گونه های گیاهی خوراکی وحشی در طبیعت ایران و وجود امکانات و شرایط در استانهای مختلف برای تولید غذای سالم و محلی پتانسیل خوبی را برای مقابله با ناامنی غذایی و داشت  جامع ه­ای سالم فراهم نموده است. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اینکه در امنیت غذایی، تهیه غذای سالم و مغذی و دسترسی افراد از نظر اقتصادی، اجتماعی در همه زمان ها مدنظر است نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که در حال حاضر ناامنی غذایی در کشور بالاست و تهدید کننده می باشد لذا برای تامین امنیت غذایی و افزایش دسترسی به غذای سالم و مغذی استفاده از پتانسیل مواد غذایی بومی و محلی از جمله مواد غذایی کشت شده و خودرو محلی توصیه می شود.

عنوان انگلیسی The ways and means of Food Security provided and its position in passive defense
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: This paper aims to examine the association between food security and passive defense and the position of food security in this context. Given the role of healthy manpower in the development of a country and the importance of healthy food and nutrition in human health as the core center of development and the main confronting factor with foreign threats, in this paper, we first discuss a definition of food security and the condition of food security in Iran and its role in acting against threats. Then, current solutions and domestic potentials for promoting food security will be considered. Materials and Methods: In this study, the experiences of the author and relevant literature were used. Since providing nutritious , healthy food , social and economic availability for all persons at all times is indicated in food security. Results: In order to prevent from external threats in context of safe, healthy and nutritious food, we need a system which is dependent on ourselves andexternal threats could not affect its availability. In our country, there is a good potential for confronting with food insecurity and having a healthy society due to various climatic conditions, diversity of edible plants in nature and facilities and conditions in different provinces to produce local and healthy food. Conclusion: Considering that in food security, the provision of healthy and nutritious food and access to individuals is considered socially and socially at all times. The results of this study showed that food insecurity in the country is high and threatening. Therefore, to ensure food security and increase access to healthy and nutritious food. The use of indigenous and local food products, including cultivated food and local vehicles, is recommended.
