عنوان فارسی بررسی تطبیقی قابلیتهای سیستم پرونده الکترونیک دندانپزشکی تخصصی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: تحقق پرونده الکترونیک دندان‌پزشکی با مشکلات متعددی روبرواست. قابلیت‌های محدود نرم‌افزار­های دندان‌پزشکی یکی از موانع استفاده از این سیستم‌ها می‌باشد؛ بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و مقایسه قابلیت­های پرونده الکترونیک دندان­پزشکی تخصصی انجام شد. روش کار: این پژوهش توصیفی-تطبیقی در سال 1395 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل 140 سیستم پرونده الکترونیک دندان‌پزشکی از کشورهای مختلف بود که بر اساس متون شناسایی شد. به وب‌سایت این برنامه‌ها مراجعه شد. نرم افزارهایی که وب‌سایت فعال نداشتند یا سیستم مورد نظر برای استفاده در دندان‌پزشکی عمومی معرفی شده بود، از مطالعه حذف شدند. در نهایت 23 سیستم به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شد. چک‌لیست مورد استفاده بر اساس بررسی متون طراحی شد و روایی آن، با دریافت نظرات متخصصین تایید شد. پژوهشگر نسخه آزمایشی و فهرست قابلیت‌های این نرم­افزارها را در وب‌سایت‌ آنها بررسی کرد. برای تحلیل داده­ها، از آمار توصیفی (فراوانی و درصد فراوانی) استفاده شد. یافته ­ها: رایج‌ترین قابلیت‌های سیستم‌های پرونده الکترونیک دندان‌پزشکی تخصصی عبارتند از: مدیریت قرارملاقات‌ها (9/73درصد)، رسم نمودارهای بالینی مختلف (9/60درصد)، ردیابی مسائل مالی مطب (5/56درصد)، یادآور برای امور اداری(5/43 درصد)، هشدارهای مختلف در موضوعات بالینی (8/34 درصد)، ایجاد گزارش‌های مختلف (4/30درصد)، پیگیری درخواست‌های بیمه‌ای (4/30 درصد)، ثبت تصویر دهان و دندان بیمار (26درصد) و مدیریت فرآیند پرداخت (7/23درصد). نتیجه ­گیری: ‌توجه نکردن به قابلیت­های سیستم­های پرونده الکترونیک دندان­پزشکی موجب مشکلاتی در پذیرش این سیستم­ها می­شود. توجه به کارکردها و قابلیت­ها بر اساس نیاز کاربران و ذینفعان این سیستم برای طراحان نرم­افزار در راستای برطرف کردن مشکلات سیستم و تامین نیازهای مدیریتی و بالینی ضروری است.

عنوان انگلیسی A Comparative Study on the Features of Specialized Electronic Dental Record Systems
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: There are many problems to achieve the adoption of electronic dental record systems. Limited functionalities are one of the most important barriers to the use of electronic dental records. Therefore, this study aimed to identify and compare features and functionalities of specialized electronic dental record systems. Methods: This descriptive-comparative study was conducted in 2016. Using previous published materials, 140 electronic dental record systems from different countries were identified. The websites of these systems were reviewed. The systems without a website or identified as software for general dental clinics were excluded from the study. Finally, 23 specialized electronic dental record systems were included. We developed a checklist based on a literature review. The content validity of the checklist was confirmed by experts. Using this checklist, researcher studied the features and functions of these systems based on the information available in websites and Demo versions of the systems. Descriptive statistics and comparative tables were used for data analysis.  Results: The most common features of the systems were: visiting management (73.9%), drawing different clinical charts (60.9%), tracking financial issues of the office (56.5%), providing reminders for administrative affairs (43.5%), providing various alerts for clinical issues (34.8%), generating various reports (30.4%), tracking the insurance claims electronically (30.4%), capturing patients' oral images and radiographic studies (26%), and managing the payment and reimbursement processes (23.7%). Conclusion: Lack of attention to features of electronic dental record systems may result in problems in the adoption of such systems by dentists. Developing appropriate functions and features based on the dentists' needs is a must for software developers to resolve the systems issues and fulfill the administrative and clinical requirements.
