عنوان فارسی فساد اداری و تاثیر آن بر توسعه کارآفرینی: شواهدی از مؤسسه دیده‌بان کار‌آفرینی
چکیده فارسی مقاله در سال‌های اخیر پژوهش در حوزه فساد اداری مورد توجه و رو به رشد بوده است. فساد پدیده‌ای همه‌گیر و جهانی است و مبارزه با آن در همه کشورهای جهان چالشی اساسی است. با تمام برنامه‌ریزی‌ها و توجهی که از سوی کشورها در زمینه مبارزه با این پدیده صورت گرفته،ولی همواره شاهد وجود آن در ابعاد گوناگون جوامع هستیم. موضوع کار‌آفرینی یکی از محورهای مورد تأکید در رشد و توسعه اقتصادی است. توسعه اقتصادی به‌طور عام و کار‌آفرینی به‌‌طور خاص از حوزه‌هایی هستند که می‌توانند تحت تأثیر فساد اداری قرار گیرند.این پژوهش به تبیین رابطه فساد اداری و توسعه کار‌آفرینی می-پردازد.جامعه آماری پژوهش 79 کشور منتخب عضو (GEM) است. نوع مطالعه توصیفی و داده های این پژوهش از موسسه شفافیت بین‌الملل و موسسه توسعه جهانی کارآفرینی بین سالهای 2011 تا 2015 جمع آوری شده است. نتایج نشان می-دهند هرچه شاخص فساد کشورها کاهش پیدا کرده و به سمت پاک بودن حرکت می‌کنند، بر میزان کار‌آفرینی کشورها افزوده شده بطوریکه بین فساد و کار‌آفرینی رابطه‌ای معکوس و معنادار وجود دارد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In recent years, the study on the corruption in the governmental sector has been concerned and grown. Corruption is an endemic and global phenomenon and therefore, it should be acknowledged that the corruption and dealing with it are challenge in many countries of the world. Given the plans have been accomplished to deal with this phenomenon by the countries, but we witness its growing trend in different sectors of the society again. The entrepreneurship subject is one of the topics emphasized in the economic development. The economic development publicly and entrepreneurship specifically are from the domains which are not immune from these effects. This research explains the relationship between administrative corruption and entrepreneurship development. The statistical population of the research includes 79 countries selected from GEM members. The type of study is descriptive and data of this research has been gathered from the institute of Transparency International (TI) and the Global Entrepreneurship Development Institute (GEDI) among the Years (2011-2015). The results of the research indicate that whatever the corruption index of countries has been reduced and moves toward cleanness, the amount of the countries' entrepreneurship has been increased and there is a negative and significant relation between the corruption and entrepreneurship.
