عنوان فارسی مقایسه اثربخشی و تحمل‌پذیری ژل ترتینویین ۰.۰۵% با ژل اداپالن ۰.۱% در درمان آکنه ولگاریس خفیف تا متوسط
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه­ وهدف: آکنه ولگاریس یک بیماری التهابی پوست است.رتینویید­های موضعی با­ خواص ضدالتهابی قابل توجه برای درمان آکنه بکار می­روند. شایع­ترین عارضه آنها تحریک پوستی در موضع استفاده می­باشد .هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه اثر بخشی و تحمل­پذیری ترتینویین 0.05% و آداپالن 0.1% در بیماران با آکنه ولگاریس خفیف تا­ متوسط می­باشد. مواد و روش­ها: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی دوسویه کور، 50 بیمار مبتلا به آکنه صورت خفیف تا متوسط که به درمانگاه پوست بیمارستان فرشچیان مراجعه کرده بودند مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. بیماران به دو گروه تقسیم شدند.گروه اول ژل ترتینویین 0.05% وگروه دوم ژل اداپالن 0.1%دریافت کردند. شدت آکنه (بر اساس(GAGS)Global Acne Grading System) و تحمل پذیری بدو مطالعه، هفته 4 و 12 بعد درمان در هر دو گروه اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج :میانگین اسکور GAGS بدو مطالعه در گروه اداپالن 49.56 (SD=12.24) و گروه ترتینویین 47.76 (SD=11.34) بود (P=0.592). این اسکور در هفته 4 در گروه اداپالن به35.00  (SD=11.13) و در گروه ترتینویین به SD=8.17)25.28 ) کاهش یافت (P=0.001).همچنین این کاهش اسکورGAGS در هفته دوازدهم هم مشاهده شد(گروه اداپالن 25.08+9.00 و گروه ترتینویین 12.12+4.71 بود (P<0.001)). از نظر تحمل­پذیری بین دو گروه در پایان هفته 4و 12اختلاف آماری معنی­داری مشاهده نشد.( به ترتیب p =1.00  و p=0.747) نتیجه‌گیری: اداپالن 0.1% وترتینوین 0.05% هر دو در درمان اکنه خفیف تا متوسط موثرو بی­ خطرند اما ژل ترتینویین در کاهش اسکورGAGS موثرتر بود. تحمل­پذیری نسبت به هر دو یکسان است.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparison of efficacy and tolerability of tretinoin gel 0.05% with adapalene gel 0.1% in mild to moderate acne vulgaris
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Acne vulgaris is a inflammatory skin disease.Topical retinoids with significant anti-inflammatory properties are used for treatment of acne.The common side effect of topical retinoid is local irritation.The aim of this study was evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of tretinoin and adapalene in patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Materials and Methods: In this randomized double blind clinical trial, 50 patients presenting to dermatology clinic of Farshchian hospital with mild to moderate facial acne were recruited. Patients were divided into two groups.the first group received tretinoin gel 0.05% and second group apalene gel 0.1%. The severity of acne (measured by Global Acne Grading System (GAGS)) and tolerability was evaluated in beginning of the trial, and 4 and 12 weeks thereafter in both groups. Results: The mean GAGS score in beginning of the study was 49.56 (SD=12.24) in adapalene and 47.76 (SD=11.34) in tretinoin group (p=0.592). This score dropped to 35.00 (SD = 11.13) in adapalene and 25.28 (SD = 8.17) in tretinoin group in week 4 (p = 0.001). A further GAGS score decline was observed in week 12 (25.08+9.00 in adapalene and 12.12+4.71 in tretinoin group (p< 0.001)). Concerning tolerance, there was no significant difference between two groups at the end of weeks 4 and 12 (p =1.00 and p = 0.747 respectively). Conclusions: Adapalene 0.1% and tretinoin 0.05% are both effective and safe in treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris, although tretinoin gel showed more efficacy in reducing GAGS score.­Both treatments were equally tolerated.
