عنوان فارسی رویکرد انقلاب اسلامی در حوزه سیاست خارجی و آیندۀ توسعه علم و فناوری در نظام شبکه‌ای بین‌المللی
چکیده فارسی مقاله شکل گیری نظام جمهوری اسلامی درپی پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی، تحولی عظیم در عرصه سیاست بین الملل ایران ایجاد کرد. ماهیت ایدئولوژیک انقلاب که بر اساس آرمانهای اسلامی و نیز ضدیت با نظام سلطه شکل گرفت، باعث شد که آرمانگرایی اسلامی به یکی از پایه‌های اصلی ساختار جدید حاکم تبدیل شود. این آرمانگرایی در تلفیق با دومین پایه حکومت که جمهوریت آن بود، ساختاری پیچیده و چندوجهی را در عرصه سیاست بویژه در حوزه سیاست خارجی حاکم کرد. بر اساس این مهم جمهوری اسلامی ایران از سویی بدنبال استفاده از فرصتهای درون شبکه نظام جهانی و توسعۀ اقتصادی مبتنی بر علم و فناوری و از سوی دیگر در صدد به چالش کشیدن عوامل سلطه است. اما آیندۀ مطلوب توسعۀ علم و فنّاوری کشور مستلزم اتخاذ سیاست تعامل هوشمندانه با ارکان نظام جهانی شبکه‌ای و پیش‌دستی در تعیین روندها و رویدادهای شکل دهنده به تحولات این نظام است. اولویت‌بندی در اهداف ملی، اعتمادسازی در تعاملات با سایر کنشگران، ایجاد زمینه اتحاد راهبردی با همسایگان و ایفای نقش سازنده در شبکه‌های منطقه‌ای، ایفای نقش سازنده و اعتمادساز در نهادهای بین‌المللی و تنظیم روابط با قدرتهای حافظ نظام جهانی بر اساس وابستگی متقابل و بازی برد-برد متغیرهای تشکیل‌دهنده راهبرد تعامل هوشمند است.تقویت همزمان توانمندیهای داخلی و ارائه این توانمندیها به دیگر اعضای شبکه زمینه‌ساز پیش‌دستی کشور در شکل دهی به رویدادها و روندهای آینده است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Based on chaos theory in today global networked and interconnected society science and technology development is dependent variable to the other driving forces. Interaction between political domestic atmosphere and international sphere is one of the most important driving forces which are shaping to the future of science and technology development. The main idea of this paper is to analysis this interaction. Capturing the first place in South West Asia region in term of science and technology development is part of Iran visionary document. Achieving to this target requires understanding the international system norms and principles and applying pivotal strategy in confronting to this system . The foundation of Islamic Republic of Iran foreign policy has been base on revolutionary idealism and pragmatistic approach. Regarding to this point Iran simultaneously is persuading to enjoy from the opportunities inside the global networked society to achieve better place in term of economic, science and technology from one side and challenging the injustice global capital system based on the revolutionary values from the other side. Two main question in this pare includes: what are the consequences of Iran foreign policy in science and technology development? and how can Iran create the perforable future in this regards?. The main methodology which has been used in this paper is document analysis and best practice the selected countries.
