چکیده فارسی مقاله مبنا و چگونگی راهبردهای تصمیم‌سازی و اقدام در عرصه سیاست خارجی در اندیشه امام خمینی(ره) بررسی نحوه کنش سیاست خارجی و نیز چگونگی تصمیم‌سازی و انتخاب بدیل‌های آن از سوی رهبران، سیاست‌گذاران و تدبیرپردازان همواره بخشی مهمی از مطالعات حوزه سیاست خارجی را به خود اختصاص داده است. بر این مبنا، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی راهبردهای تصمیم‌گیری در سیاست خارجی از دیدگاه امام خمینی(ره) در ابعاد اعمالی و اعلانی در پی پاسخ دادن به این پرسش است که در دیدگاه امام خمینی، اتخاذ تصمیم در حوزه سیاست خارجی چگونه و بر چه مبنایی صورت می‌گیرد؟ در پاسخ، یافته‌های تحقیق بیانگر آن است که راهبردهای امام خمینی(ره) در حوزه سیاست خارجی همچون تکلیف‌گرایی، جهان اسلام‌گرایی، سلطه‌ستیزی، ضدهژمونیک‌گرایی، عدم تعهدگرایی جهانی و عدالت‌طلبی ریشه در ماهیت الهی و متعالی اندیشه سیاسی ایشان و ملهم از آموزه‌های ساختاری فرهنگ دینی اتخاذ شده است که در نتیجه همین امر، کلیه سمت‌گیری‌های سیاست‌گذارانه ایشان نسبت به حوزه سیاست خارجی متأثر از ارزش‌های درونی و بن‌نگرش‌های فلسفی- اخلاقی اندیشه او بوده و آنچه به‌عنوان مبنا به تصمیم‌گیری و کنش بازیگران در عرصه سیاست خارجی شکل‌ می‌بخشد، اصل مسئولیت و تکالیف انسانی ـ الهی فرد انسانی است. کلیدواژه‌ها: سیاست خارجی، امام خمینی(ره)، راهبرد، تصمیم‌سازی، مبنا، راهبرد اعلانی و اعمالی

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The Basis and Decision-making Strategies in Imam Khomeini’s Foreign Policy Theory Mohammad Mahmoodikia Mohammad Hosein Jamshidi The study of how foreign policy behaves and how makes decisions and select alternatives from viewpoint of leaders, policy-makers and planners has been always one of the important part of foreign policy studies. This research has conducted to examin the decision-making strategies adopted in Imam Khomeini’s foreign policy action in its scopes and declarations and is seeking to answer this question that in the viewpoint of Imam Khomeini, in which basis forms his dicisions in field of foreign policy? The consequences shows that Imam khomeini’s strategies on foreign policy, such as task-orientaionism, world-islamism, anti-hegemonism, global non-alignmentism, has rooted in transcendental and divine nature of his political thought; so, all strategies in realm of Imam Khomeini’s foreign policy model has influenced by his internal values and philosophical bases and what has shaped his foreign policy decision-making orientaions, has been justified and interpretable in responsibility principle and devine-human obligations.
