عنوان فارسی بررسی رابطه بین هوش اخلاقی و اثر بخشی رهبری تیمی جمعیت هلال احمر جمهوری اسلامی ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: هدف از انجام این تحقیق، بررسی رابطه بین هوش ‌اخلاقی و اثربخشی رهبری تیمی جمعیت هلال‌احمر می باشد.   روش:  این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است و جامعۀ آماری آن شامل تمامی کارکنان و مدیران جمعیت هلال‌احمر در استان تهران به تعداد 3450 نفر است که بر اساس فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه لازم 341 نفر تعیین شد. دو پرسشنامه استاندارد، متغیر هوش‌اخلاقی لنیک و کیل (2011) (40 سؤال) و رهبری تیمی کیم (2002) (45 سؤال) را می‌سنجد. روش‌های آمار استنباطی از نوع پارامتریک، از قبیل آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف برای اطمینان از نرمال بودن داده‌ها و مدل معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل مسیر به کمک نرم‌افزار لیزرل برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها استفاده شده است یافته‌ها: مهم‌ترین یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که بین هوش اخلاقی و هر یک از مؤلفه‌های آن با رهبری تیمی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی he effect of moral intelligence on the effectiveness of the team leadership in Helal Ahmar Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of moral intelligence on the effectiveness of the team leadership in Helal Ahmar Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran،. This research is descriptive-correlational in methodology. Statistical population includes all the staff and managers of Iran Helal Ahmar in Tehran province. They are 3450 people and based on the Cochran formula the required sample size is 341 people. In order to examine the research variables we used  a questionnaire  that had 85 items and asses  two variables of  ethical intelligence  by lenick and kale (2011) (40 items), group leadership effectiveness by lenick and kale (2011) (45 items) Reliability of the questionnaires  was confirmed using cronbach alpha ,  content validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by some academics and construct validity was confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis . Parametric inferential statistics was such as Kolmogorov–Smirnov test was used to confirm the normality of the data and structural equation modeling and path analysis by lizrel software was used to test the hypothesis. The most important findings indicate that there is positive meaningful relationship between ethical intelligence and all of its subscales and group leadership.
