عنوان فارسی شناسایی و طبقه‌بندی موقعیت‌های کاربردی سازهای رزمی در تاریخ موسیقی ایران ِدوران اسلامی
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف از تحقیق پیش‌رو، توصیف و طبقه‌بندی موقعیت‌های مختلفی است که سازهای رزمی در تاریخ ایرانِ پس از اسلام کاربرد داشتند. با مطالعۀ اسناد تاریخی، موسیقایی و تصویری می‌توان دریافت کاربرد سازهای رزمی در تاریخ اجتماعی ایران، تنها در موقعیت جنگ نبود، بلکه در موقعیت‌های دیگری که نیاز به صدای قوی و بُرد صدای بالا نیاز بود نیز به‌کار می‌رفتند. امروزه، کاربرد سازهای رزمی در موقعیت‌های مختلف به فراموشی گراییده و با نظر به اینکه مهم‌ترین دلیل منسوخ شدن این سازها، زوال‌یافتن موقعیت‌های کاربردی آن‌هاست، مطالعۀ موقعیت‌های خاصی که این سازها کاربرد داشتند، شایان توجه است.  موقعیت‌های کاربردی سازهای رزمی در طول تاریخ ایران را می‌توان چنین دسته‌بندی کرد: جنگ، خبررسانی، قدرت‌نمایی، شکار، سفر، نمایش‌ حیوانات، و مسابقات ورزشی و عزاداری. دراین میان، مهم‌ترین موقعیت‌های کاربردی این سازها عبارت بودند از جنگ، خبررسانی و قدرت‌نمایی که به‌نظر می‌رسد اجرای موسیقی رزمی در این موقعیت‌ها، نقشی حیاتی داشته است. نقش اجرای سازهای رزمی در دیگر موقعیت‌های یادشده مانند شکار، سفر و نمایش‌های عمومی، اهمیت کمتری دارد؛ زیرا چنین موقعیت‌هایی کمتر اهمیت سیاسی داشته و دربرخی موارد، موقعیت‌هایی کاملاً مردمی محسوب می‌شده‌اند. روش تحقیق در مقالۀ پیش‌رو، تحلیلی‌ـ توصیفی و شیوۀ گردآوری اطلاعات، کتاب‌خانه‌ای است.

عنوان انگلیسی Identification and Categorization of the Applications of Martial Musical Instruments throughout the Post- Islamic Eras of Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The objective of this article is to describe and classify the occasions on which martial musical instruments used to be employed throughout the history of Iran in post- Islamic eras. Should historical, musical and illustrated documents are investigated, it will be realized that, throughout the social history of Iran in post- Islamic eras, martial musical instruments not only were used in wars but also on other occasions on which the high intensity of sound was needed. Presently, the applications of these instruments are regarded as obsolete. Owing to the fact that the most significant reason behind abandoning martial musical instruments was drastic decrease of their usage, identification and descriptions of such occasions on which these instruments were applied, are of great importance. The situations in which martial musical instruments used to be employed, throughout the history of Iran, fall into the following categories: wars, spreading news, flexing military muscles, hunting, travelling, animals' shows such as olden circuses, athletic competitions and mourning ceremonies. Among which, wars, spreading news and flexing military muscles of rulers were the most significant of all, in as much as playing martial music on such occasions used to play a crucial role. The rest of the occasions comparatively were of less importance, for they had little political and state consequence and sometimes, they were regarded as merely popular situations. The overall method in this research is descriptive – analytic and gathering data is based on library studies.
