عنوان فارسی ارائه یک سیستم پشتیبان تصمیم برای یک مسأله واقعی مسیریابی و زمانبندی کامیون
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این مقاله یک سیستم پشتیبان تصمیم (DSS) برای حل یک مساله مسیریابی و زمانبندی کامیون (VRP) ارایه می گردد. زمانبندی تحویل مواد از مراکز توزیع منطقه ای(RDC) به فروشگاه های اصلی خرده فروشان, مساله ای است که پیچیدگی های زیادی را به همراه دارد. برخی از محدودیت های معمول عبارت از اندازه کامیون، طول زمان کاری هر روز، بازگذاری انواع گوناگون مواد در بخش های مختلف کامیون و محدودیت های زمان تحویل می شوند. علاوه براین موارد، فاکتور جلب رضایت مشتریان و درنظر گرفتن ارزش هر مشتری در تصمیم گیری ها نیز در این تحقیق مدنظر قرار گرفته است. بدین ترتیب در توسعه سیستم پشتیبان تصمیم، استفاده از الگوریتم مناسب حل مساله از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار بوده و بدین منظور در این مقاله از الگوریتم سیمولیتد آنیلینگ (simulated annealing) استفاده شده است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In this paper, we investigate a decision support system (DSS) for the resolution of real-life vehicle routing and scheduling problem (VRSP). Scheduling the deliveries from a regional distribution centre (RDC) to large stores of a major fmcg retailer includes every possible vehicle routing complexity. Usual constraints that are seen are: size of the vehicle and the length of the driving day, loading feasibility of products in different parts of the vehicle, and also with various time windows. More importantly, in this scheduling decision-making is customer oriented, in which, Customer's value for the company is considered as one of the most important factors. The algorithms for the resolution of the distribution problems constitute a very important part of DSS. Therefore, a simulated annealing based algorithm has been developed to speed up the process by circumventing the need for the skeletal schedule.
