چکیده انگلیسی مقاله When a transaction being made by a non-owner orby a person ultra vires , is named Fozuli in Islamic Fiqh and Iranian civil law. Such transactions would be ineffective, which may be authorized or rejected by the owner. In some cases the owner has prohibited before concluding the contract so the transaction is proceeded by the prohibition .The question is: what is the states of the contact? Is it possible to be authorized by the owner or it would be void absolutely ?In this article the author is going to answer the question.Key words:Rejecting the contract, authoring the contract, prohibition of the contract, invalidity, no effective, governmental deals.
