عنوان فارسی بررسی ساخت و محتوای برنامه درس «اصول مدیریت آموزشی» دورۀ کارشناسی ارشد رشتۀ مدیریت آموزشی از دیدگاه استادان و دانشجویان
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف این پژوهش، بازنگری و «بازآفرینی» برنامۀ درس «اصول مدیریت آموزشی»، به عنوان یکی از دروس اصلی دوره کارشناسی‌ ارشد رشتۀ مدیریت آموزشی است. این مطالعه به دنبال یافتن پاسخ دو سؤال اساسی است: وضعیت موجود برنامۀ‌ درسی «اصول مدیریت آموزشی» در دانشگاه‌های داخلی و خارجی چگونه است؟ و مفاهیم عمدۀ این مادۀ درسی، متناسب با شرایط و نیازهای فعلی دانشجویان و مدیران آموزشی کدام است؟ بنابراین، در این راستا، وضعیت دو مقوله «ساخت» و «محتوای» برنامه درسی، در قالب هفت سؤال پیرامون «ساخت» و سه سؤال پیرامون «محتوا» برای درس مذکور مطرح شده است. به منظور پاسخگویی به سؤال‌های مورد بحث، نخست با استفاده از مطالعۀ نظری (مطالعۀ اسنادی و کاوش‌های الکترونیکی)، سرفصل‌های در حال تدریس درس «اصول مدیریت آموزشی»، در دانشگاه‌های ایران و برخی از دانشگاه‌های خارجی تعیین و سپس بر آن اساس، مطالعۀ میدانی در نمونه‌ای متشکل از 16 نفر از استادان (مطالعه به صورت سرشماری) و 181 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی ‌ارشد مدیریت آموزشی، به صورت تصادفی از 16 دانشگاه کشور از طریق دو نوع پرسشنامه مجزا، انجام و نتایجی نیز احصاء شد. یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد که وضعیت موجود «ساخت» و «محتوا» در برنامۀ درسی مورد مطالعه، پاسخگوی شرایط و نیازهای کنونی دانشجویان نیست و ایجاد تغییراتی در مفاهیم عمده درس «اصول مدیریت آموزشی»، مطابق با الگوی پیشنهادی حاصل از این پژوهش ضروری است.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Construct and Content of the Curriculum of the “Principles of Educational Administration” Course Based on Professors and Students’ Viewpoints
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this research is reassessing and reconstructing the "Principles of Educational Administration" course, as one of the main courses of post-graduate studies in the major of educational administration. This study aims at finding answers to two essential questions: 1. what is the current status of the curriculum of the "Principles of Educational Administration" course, in universities of Iran and other countries? 2. What should be the main concepts of this course according to the present status and needs of students and managers? For this purpose, the status of two aspects of construct and content of the curriculum in question, were evaluated through searching for answers to 7 questions regarding the construct and 3 regarding the content. First, a series of theoretical researches (document studies and internet searches) was conducted in the syllabus pertinent to the "Principles of Educational Administration" courses that are currently being taught in the universities of Iran and other countries. Then, the results were used to conduct another series of field researches in a sample of 16 professors and 181 students chosen randomly out of 16 different universities throughout the country. Participants filled two different types of questionnaires. The results showed that the current status of the two aspects of construct and content in the curriculum in question is not sufficient to meet the present needs of the students. Consequently, making some changes in the main concepts of this course is necessary according to the model suggested by the outcome of this research.
