عنوان فارسی بررسی روند مشارکت شهروندان استان کردستان در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری ۸۴-۱۳۷۶
چکیده فارسی مقاله مشارکت سیاسی به‌عنوان یکی از ابعاد توسعه سیاسی، در بر گیرنده ابعاد و وجوه فراوانی است که می‌تواند نظام‌های سیاسی را در فرآیند دستیابی به یک وضعیت مطلوب به لحاظ نزدیکی به دموکراسی یاری رساند. در این راستا مشارکت سیاسی به‌عنوان یک متغیر وابسته، همواره از عواملی چند تأثیر و تأثر پذیرفته است. نوع ساخت نظام سیاسی، وجود قومیت‌ها و هویت‌های متعدد در داخل یک سرزمین، مسائل اقتصادی– اجتماعی و فرهنگی گوناگون از جمله عواملی هستند که در افزایش یا کاهش سطح مشارکت شهروندان تأثیر بسزایی دارند. هدف از نگارش این مقاله، بررسی علل روند نزولی میزان مشارکت شهروندان استان کردستان در بازه زمانی 1376 تا 1384 می‌باشد. در نهایت نتایج حاصل از تحقیق بیانگر آن است که عوامل اقتصادی، رسانه‌ها، حقوق شهروندی، تغییر فضای سیاسی کشور و همچنین تغییر و تحولات سیاسی در کردستان عراق، بر کاهش سطح مشارکت مردم استان کردستان تأثیرگذار بوده‌اند. در این تحقیق مهمترین عامل داخلی امید به تغییر فضای سیاسی کشور در دوره زمانی مورد مطالعه است و مهمترین عامل تأثیرگذار خارجی نیز تغییر و تحولات صورت گرفته در مناطق کردنشین عراق و دستاوردهای مهم آنان در چارچوب کشور عراق بوده است.

عنوان انگلیسی The Study of Trend of the Contribution of Kurdistan Province Citizens in the Presidential Elections from 1997 to 2005
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Political participation as a key factor of political development has many facets which can help political systems achieve a favorable situation vis-à-vis its proximity to democracy. In this regard, the political participation as a dependent variable is often influenced by a number of factors. The structure of political system, existence of different ethnic groups and diverse identities in a country as well as socio-economic and cultural issues are among the factors that have significant effects on the increment or decrement of political participation by citizens there. The present paper tries to study the reasons of increasing political participation of Iranian citizens in the province of Kordestan during 1997-2005. Utmost, the results show that economic factors, media, civil and political rights, changes in the country's political atmosphere and similarly political transition in Iraqi Kurdistan have been influential on the decreasing trend of peoples' participation in Iran's Kordestan region. In this research, the most effective internal factor has been the hope to political changes in the country during the proposed period of study. At the same time, the most effective external factor has been the political transitions in Iraqi Kurdish region and their important outcomes under the framework of Iraq.
