عنوان فارسی طراحی پرسشنامه معتبر برای ارزیابی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد کودکان ۱۲ ساله ایرانی در مورد سلامت دهان
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: تعیین آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانش‌آموزان در مورد سلامت دهان برای طراحی برنامه‌های ارتقای سلامت در ایران مهم و ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. هدف از این مطالعه طراحی یک پرسشنامه جامع و معتبر به منظور تعیین آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد کودکان 12 ساله ایرانی در مورد سلامت دهان می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی 1554 دانش‌آموز 12 ساله از پنج استان شرکت کردند. در ابتدا یک جستجو در بانک‌های اصلی مقالات پزشکی بین سال‌های 2003 تا 2013 صورت گرفت. بعد از مرور سیستماتیک مقالات، پرسشنامه‌ای به زبان انگلیسی تهیه شد و به صورت استاندارد ترجمه و مجدداً به زبان فارسی برگردانده شد. سپس روایی صوری و سازه پرسشنامه ارزیابی شدند. آزمون پایایی با استفاده از روش آماری همخوانی داخلی با تعیین ضریب آلفای کرونباخ انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نسخه نهایی فارسی شامل مهم‌ترین موضوعات در حیطه‌های آگاهی (نقش عوامل موثر و کربوهیدرات‌ها بر پوسیدگی)، نگرش (ترس از دندان‌پزشک و درمان) و عملکرد (نحوه مسواک زدن و رژیم غذایی) بود. نسخه فارسی از نظر ترجمه با نسخه انگلیسی همخوانی داشت. میزان مشارکت 92 درصد گزارش شد. روایی سازه با استفاده از آزمون گروه‌های شناخته شده، همبستگی درونی و تحلیل عامل اکتشافی ارزیابی شد و در سطح قابل قبولی بود. آلفای کرونباخ کل سوالات 88/0، اگاهی86/0، نگرش87/0 و عملکرد 78/0 بود که نشاندهنده قابل قبول بودن سازگاری پرسشنامه می‌باشد. استنتاج: پرسشنامه طراحی شده برای بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد سلامت دهان در کودکان 12 ساله از روایی و پایایی مناسبی برخوردار بود.

عنوان انگلیسی Designing a Valid Questionnaire on Oral Health Related Knowledge, Attitude and Practice in 12-year Old Children in Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: To organize oral health promotion programs in Iran, assessing the knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of students is important.The aim of this study was to design a comprehensive and validate questionnaire on KAP of oral health in 12-year old children in Iran. Materials and methods: This cross-sectional study included 1554 children aged 12 years old who were selected from 5 provinces in Iran. First, an Internet search of the major databases of medical articles published between 2003 and 2013 was performed. After a systematic review of literature, a questionnaire was prepared in English, and was translated and back-translated using standard methods. Then the face and construct validity of Persian version of the questionnaire were assessed. Internal consistency was performed using Cronbach's alpha coefficients for reliability testing. Results: The final Persian version of the questionnaire was included the most important issues in the field of knowledge (influencing factors, and the effect of carbohydrates on dental caries), attitude (fear of dentist and dental care) and practice (how to brush, diet and dental appointments). The Persian version was consistent with the English version. Participation rate of 92% was reported. Construct validity was assessed using known groups approach, internal consistency and exploratory factor analysis which was found to be in an acceptable level. The Cronbach's alpha for questions, knowledge, attitude and practice, were 0.88%, 0.86%, 0.87% and 0.78%, respectively, indicating an acceptable consistency of the questionnaire. Conclusion: The Persian version of the questionnaire is a precise, valid and reliable instrument for assessing KAP of oral health in 12- year old children.
