عنوان فارسی ارزیابی کمی تولیدات علمی پژوهشگران ایران در حوزه‏های ایمنی‏شناسی و میکروب‌شناسی در پایگاه اطلاعاتی اسکوپوس (۲۰۱۲-۲۰۰۰)
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: تولیدات علمی به عنوان شاخص بسیار مهمی از فعالیت‏های نظام علمی کشورها، امروزه در کانون توجه سیاست‏گذاران و تصمیم‏گیران در عرصه‏های ملی و بین‏المللی قرار گرفته است. بسیاری از تصمیم‏گیری‏ها در حوزه‏های تحقیق و توسعه، در دنیای امروز، بر مبنای تولیدات علمی کشورها صورت می‏گیرد. هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، بررسی میزان تولیدات علمی و نیز همکاری‏های علمی پژوهشگران ایرانی در حوزه میکروب‌شناسی و ایمنی‏شناسی در پایگاه اطلاعاتی اسکوپوس و در طی سال‏های 2012-2000 است. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر، پیمایشی- توصیفی و با رویکرد علم‏سنجی صورت گرفته است. ایران (وابستگی سازمانی)، ایمنی‏شناسی و میکروب‌شناسی( حوزه موضوعی) و2012-2000 (سال) در سه مرحله در پایگاه اطلاعاتی اسکوپوس جست وجو شده‌اند و مدارک و مقالات علمی پژوهشگران حوزه های فوق مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. اطلاعات به دست آمده از پژوهش توسط نرم افزار Excel و برای ترسیم نقشه‏ها از نرم‏افزار NodeXL استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: سهم تولیدات علمی، پژوهشگران ایمنی‏شناسی و میکروب‌شناسی ایران، 7/2 درصد از کل تولیدات علمی ایران طی سال‏های 2012-2000 بوده است. دانشگاه‏های علوم پزشکی تهران، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی و دانشگاه تهران به عنوان پرکارترین مراکز و موسسات تولید کننده مدارک علمی شناخته شده‏اند. بخش قابل توجهی از این مدارک به زبان انگلیسی بوده و "افراد هسته" و "مجلات هسته" در حوزه‏های میکروب‌شناسی و ایمنی‏شناسی شناسایی شده‏اند. استنتاج: با عنایت به سهم تولیدات علمی، پژوهشگران ایمنی‏شناسی و میکروب‌شناسی ایران، نشان دهنده اهمیت بسیار زیاد این حوزه موضوعی و نیز مشارکت و فعالیت بسیار بالای پژوهشگران حوزه‏های موضوعی مورد بررسی است. علاوه بر این، تعاملات و ارتباطات علمی با پژوهشگران سایر کشورها، تاثیرات زیادی در رشد و توانمند سازی پژوهشگران کشورمان خواهد داشت.

عنوان انگلیسی Quantitative Evaluation of Scientific Productions in Iran in Immunology and Microbiology Indexed in Scopus Database (2000-2012)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: Scientific production is considered as an important indicator of scientific activities in each country. This issue has received increasing interest by authorities in both national and international levels. Many decisions to enhance the quality of researches are made based on scientific productions. The purpose of this research was a quantitative evaluation of scholars’ scientific production in Iran in the fields of Immunology and Microbiology indexed in Scopus Database (2000-2012). Material and methods: This descriptive study was performed based on scientometric approach. Scopus database was searched for words including Iran (as Affiliation), Immunology and Microbiology (subject area) and 2000-2012(coverage years). Documents and articles of Iranian scholars in studied areas were then analyzed. Microsft Excel and NodeXL software were used for data analysis Results: This study showed that 2.7% of scientific productions of scholars in Iran indexed in Scopus database were in immunology and microbiology during 200-2012. Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Islamic Azad University, and Tehran University are known as the most active scientific production centers in Iran. Most of the articles were in English language, and major authors and journals in immunology and microbiology were recognized. Conclusion: Scientific productions of researchers in immunology and microbiology who are affiliated with Iranian universities indicate the importance of this subject area. Furthermore, scientific collaborations with researchers in other countries could play a major role in enhancing the level of knowledge of our researchers.
