عنوان فارسی مطالعه هیستومتریک و هیستوپاتولوژیک تاثیر عصاره هیدروالکلی دانه سویا بر بافت بیضه و محور هیپوفیز-گناد در موش صحرایی نر بالغ
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف : مطالعات نشان می‌دهند فیتواستروژن‌های موجود در سویا می‌توانند بر سیستم تولید مثلی تأثیرگذار باشند. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی اثرات عصاره هیدروالکلی سویا بر بافت بیضه موش صحرایی نر و محور هیپوفیز-گناد بوده است. مواد و روش ها : در این مطالعه تجربی 40 سر موش صحرایی نر بالغ به صورت تصادفی به 5 گروه کنترل، گروه شم و گروه‌های تجربی 1،2 و 3 تقسیم شدند. حیوانات گروه‌های تجربی به مدت 48 روز عصاره سویا را با دوزهای 30، 60 و 120 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم به صورت گاواژ دریافت کردند. گروه شم نیز حلال عصاره یعنی آب را در این مدت به صورت گاواژ دریافت نمود. گروه کنترل هیچ تیماری دریافت نکردند. قبل و بعد از آزمایش حیوانات وزن شدند. بعد از پایان دوره، حیوانات با اتر بیهوش شده وبا خونگیری از قلب غلظت هورمون‌های FSH، LH و تستوسترون اندازه‌گیری شد. بیضه‌های چپ و راست خارج شده و وزن آن‌ها اندازه‌گیری شد. سپس بیضه چپ هر حیوان جهت مطالعات هیستولوژیک و هیستومتریک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته ها : تجویز عصاره هیدروالکلی سویا با دوزهای 30، 60 و 120 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم اثر سوئی بر وزن بدن، ساختارگنادها و پارامترهای عملکردی بیضه و پارامترهای هیستومتریک نداشته است. تجویز عصاره با دوز mg/kg120 باعث کاهش معنی‌دار سطح LH پلاسما و کاهش طول اپی‌تلیوم ژرمینال و کاهش ضریب بازسازی شد (05/0p<). همچنین در بررسی‌های هیستولوژیک تأثیر سوئی بر بافت بیضه مشاهده نشد. استنتاج : نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد استفاده از سویا در دوزهای متداول به کار رفته شده، اثر سوء قابل ملاحظه‌ای بر بافت بیضه و ترشح هورمون‌ها در موش صحرائی نر ندارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Histometric and Histopathologic Study of Soybean Hydroalcoholic Extract on Testicular Tissue and Pituitary-Gonad Axis in Adult Male Rat
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: Studies have indicated that phytoestrogens in soybean can influence the reproductive system. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of hydroalcoholic extract of soybean on testicular tissue and pituitary-gonad axis in male rat. Materials and methods: Forty adult male Wistar rats were randomly allocated into five groups including control, sham, and three experimental. Ânimals in the experimental groups received soybean extract for 48 days at doses of 30, 60, and 120 mg/kg by gavage, respectively. The rats in the sham group received only water by gavage for the same period, as well. Ïn the control group received no treatment. Ânimals’ weight was measured before and after the intervention. Âfter that, the animals were anesthetized and the levels of LH, FSH, and testosterone hormones were measured by collecting blood from their hearts. Ïn the end, the left and right testes were removed and weighed. Quantitative and qualitative studies were done on the left testis of each rat. Results: Âdministration of soybean hydroalcoholic extract at doses of 30, 60, and 120 mg/kg did not have any negative effect on body weight, gonads, testicular function, and histometric parameters. Âdministration of extract with the highest dose used in this study (120 mg/kg) significantly decreased the plasma LH level, germinal epithelium length, and repopulation index (P< 0.05). Furthermore, histopathologic studies did not show any damage on testicular tissue. Çonclusion: The results indicated that soybean in routine doses that used in this study did not exert considerable negative effects on testicular tissue and hormone secretion in the rats.
