عنوان فارسی بررسی دیدگاه پرستاران درباره علل عدم اجرای برنامه ترخیص مدون در بخش ‌های سوختگی در سال ۱۳۸۹
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: برنامه ترخیص از قسمت ‌های مهم و منحصر به فرد حرفه پرستاری است. با توجه به این ‌که بیماران بستری در بخش سوختگی پس از ترخیص نیاز به مراقبت ‌ها و اقدامات بازتوانی دارند، لذا وجود یک برنامه اصولی ترخیص جهت این بیماران ضروری به نظر می ‌رسد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی دیدگاه پرستاران در مورد مشکلات و موانع موجود در اجرای برنامه ترخیص در بخش سوختگی انجام شده است.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، جامعه پژوهش را پرستاران شاغل در بخش سوختگی بیمارستان ‌های امام رضا مشهد و زارع ساری تشکیل دادند که به روش نمونه‌ گیری غیراحتمالی ساده و تعداد 90 نفر در مطالعه شرکت داشته ‌اند. جهت جمع ‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌ هایی مشتمل بر اطلاعات دموگرافیک و سوالات باز و بسته در مقیاس لیکرت در مورد مشکلات و موانع موجود در اجرای برنامه ترخیص در بخش سوختگی استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بارکاری بالای پرستاران علی ‌رغم شرایط سخت محیط کار، فرصت ناکافی پرستاران به دلیل مشغله زیاد، عدم آشنایی پرستاران نسبت به برنامه ترخیص، فقدان سیستم ‌های حمایتی مالی و روانی برای بیماران در جامعه و فقدان بسته ‌های آموزشی و برنامه استاندارد ترخیص از موانع مهم در اجرای برنامه ترخیص مدون می ‌باشد.استنتاج: با توجه به یافته ‌های مطالعه و موانع موجود در اجرای برنامه ترخیص می‌ توان با برگزاری کلاس ‌های ضمن خدمت برای پرستاران، تهیه و تدوین بسته ‌های آموزشی و برنامه استاندارد ترخیص و افزایش پرسنل پرستاری با توجه به استانداردهای جهانی، شرایط مناسبی را جهت اجرای برنامه ترخیص فراهم نمود.

عنوان انگلیسی Nurses’ Viewpoints Toward the Causes of not Implementing the Discharge Planning in Burn Units in 2010
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: Discharge is one of the most important and unique parts of nursing profession. Since patients in burn units need care and rehabilitation services after discharge, it seems that having a fundamental plan for the discharge of these patients is essential. This research is conducted to determine the nurses’ viewpoints toward the existing problems and barriers in implementing the burn unit discharge planning. Materials and methods: For this descriptive research, 90 nurses among those working in Ïmam Reza Hospital in Mashhad, and Zare Hospital in Sari were selected through simple non-probabilistic sampling. To collect data, the participants filled in a questionnaire including demographic data, and questions in Likert scale about the existing problems and barriers in discharge planning implementation in the burn units. Results: Ït was found that the most crucial barriers for implementing the discharge planning included nurses’ heavy workload due to difficult conditions in their workplace, shortage of time, not having enough knowledge about discharge planning, lack of financial and mental support systems for the patients in the society, lack of instructional packages and standard discharge planning. Çonclusion: Based on the findings of this research, it is recommended to hold continuous education for nurses, provide instructional packages and standard programs for the patients’ discharge, and increase the number of the nursing personnel based on the world standards so that suitable conditions for the implementation of discharge planning can be provided.
