عنوان فارسی بررسی عملکرد تکنیکی، حفاظتی و فنی پرتونگاران بیمارستان های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: بخش پرتونگاری با تهیه تصاویر مناسب و با کیفیت، نقش ارزنده ای در تشخیص بسیاری از بیماریها به عهده دارد. تصویر خوب با به کارگیری معیارهای صحیح تکنیکی و وضعیت مناسب بیمار حاصل میشود. نهایتا عملکرد و دانش کارکنان بخش پرتونگاری مستقیما در تعیین کیفیت پرتونگاریها نقش اصلی را ایفا میکند.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه به منظور تعیین عملکرد کارکنان شاغل در بخش های پرتونگاری بیمارستان های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران صورت گرفت. برای جمع آوری داده ها از چک لیستی که به این منظور با ضرایب روایی و پایایی مناسب ساخته شد، استفاده گردید. کلیه کارکنان (73 نفر) مراکز پرتونگاری وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. در مورد هر یک از کارکنان، 35 مورد عملکرد (در سه حیطه تکنیکی، حفاظتی و فنی) در سه نوبت کاری جداگانه مشاهده و ثبت گردید. ضمن این که تمام کارکنان با 40پرسش در حیطه های ذکر شده، مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: میانگین پاسخ های صحیح کارکنان در حیطه تکنیکی در سه نوبت کاری صبح، عصر و شب به ترتیب 66.4، 53.9 و 51 درصد به دست آمد. هم چنین میانگین پاسخ های صحیح کارکنان در حیطه حفاظتی نوبت های مذکور به ترتیب 68.1، 59.5 و 60.2 درصد و حیطه فنی 47.8، 39.95 و 43.65 درصد به دست آمد. مقایسه نمرات سه حیطه تکنیکی، حفاظتی و فنی در هر سه مورد، تفاوت معنیداری (P< 0.05) را نشان داد.استنتاج: در مجموع کیفیت عملکرد کارکنان تقریبا مطلوب بوده و نیاز به آموزش مستمر، نظارت و ارزیابی توسط مسوولین ذی ربط ضروری به نظر میرسد. اهمیت دادن به مساله حفاظت در برابر اشعه، در دسترس بودن وسایل مورد نیاز و نظارت مستمر بر نحوه استفاده از این وسایل و رعایت سایر نکات ایمنی، نقش مهمی در کاهش میزان جذب بیماران دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of Technical, Protective and Technological operation of Radiologists in Hospitals of Mazandaran Medical Science Universities
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Purpose: Radiology unit has an important role in the diagnosis of many disorders, along with providing suitable and high quality pictures. A good picture is provided using a correct technical criteria and suitable circumstance of patient. Finally, operation and knowledge of radiology personnels directly has a primary role in the determination of radiography quality. Materials and Methods: This study was done in order to determine personnel operation in the units of hospitals radiologist, related to Universities of Mazandaran Medical Science. Data collection tools, made a researcher a check list that was used after getting suitable letter and validity indices. All of the 73 personnels of the radiology unit related to Mazandaran Medical Science were studied. 35 operations (in technical, protective and technological fields), in any of personnel in three distinct shifts were observed and recorded. All of them were tested about these three fields with 40 questions. Results: The total obtained scores from personnels in technical part in the morning, evening and night shift were 66.4, 53.9 and 60.2 percents. Recived scores from personnels in protective fields were 68.1, 59.5 and 60.2 percents, while recived scores from personnels in Technological operation fields were 47.8, 39.95 and 43.65 percents. Comparison of these three scores in technical, protective and Technological operation fields showed a meaningful difference (p< 0.05). Conclusion: The total quality of personnels operations were nearly desirable and in need of continuous education, supervision and evaluation. Emphasizing protection to beams, accessibility of necessary tools and continuous supervision regarding usage of these equipments and respecting other security points have important role in reducing patients absorbed doses.
