عنوان فارسی بررسی نگرش بیهوشی‌دهندگان نسبت به آموزش مسائل مربوط به بیهوشی به بیماران قبل از عمل در بیمارستان‌های مازندران، سال ۸۳-۸۴
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف : عدم آگاهی از امور مربوط به بیهوشی، ترس از ناشناخته‌ها، از دست دادن کنترل، بیدار نشدن، درد، تهوع و استفراغ بعد عمل سبب افزایش نگرانی و اضطراب بیماران قبل از عمل جراحی می‌شوند. با توجه به عدم پیشینه تحقیقاتی در خصوص نگرش بیهوشی‌دهندگان نسبت به آموزش نیازهای مربوط به بیهوشی بیماران در مرحله قبل از عمل در استان مازندران این مطالعه انجام گرفته است. مواد و روش‌ها : دریک مطالعه مقطعی (84-1383) نگرش 110 نفر از بیهوشی دهندگان بیمارستان‌های آموزشی و غیرآموزشی استان مازندران با پرسشنامه‌ای که حاوی 4 سئوال دموگرافیک و 18 سئوال در ارتباط با مسائل بیهوشی بود مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نگرش نمونه‌ها براساس تقسیم‌بندی لیکرت بررسی شد و نتایج با استفاده از آزمون chi square تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها : نتایج نشان داد که مثبت‌ترین نگرش بیهوشی دهندگان مربوط به دادن توضیحات کامل به آنان در خصوص مدت NPO بودن بیمار در مرحله قبل از بیهوشی بوده است (3/97درصد) و 7/52 درصد آنان مخالف توضیح در خصوص عوارض خطرناک و کشنده احتمالی که در زمان بیهوشی ممکن است برای بیماران ایجاد شود، بودند. تفاوت قابل ملاحظه‌ای بین بیمارستان‌های آموزشی و غیرآموزشی در خصوص آموزش به بیمار در مرحله قبل از بیهوشی جهت کاهش اضطراب بیمار وجود داشت. تفاوت معنی‌داری بین نگرش بیهوشی دهندگان در پایه‌های مختلف تحصیلی جهت آموزش قبل از عمل اطلاعات مرتبط با بیهوشی به بیماران وجود نداشت. استنتاج : با توجه به نگرش مثبت بیهوشی دهندگان جهت آموزش اطلاعات مرتبط با بیهوشی به بیماران در مرحله قبل ازعمل جراحی، توصیه می‌شود شرایط مناسب حقوقی جهت ارزش‌گذاری به ویزیت‌های قبل از بیهوشی (به صورت ویزیت قبل از عمل بیماران بستری و کلینیک مشاوره بیهوشی برای بیماران سرپائی) ایجاد شود تا در فرصت مناسب به نیازهای بیماران در خصوص مسائل مرتبط با بیهوشی توجه شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Anaesthesiologists H attitude towards preoperative patients education needs in 2005
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: lack of information about anaesthisia and fear of post operation contiousness, pain, nausea and vomiting increases the patientsH anxiety. There are various reports about patiensH desire for preoperation information in Iran and other countries. However, there is no study related to anaesthesiologistsH view about patientsH needs before anaesthesia and operation in the literature. Materials and Methods: This descriptive (cross- sectional) study was done in 2005 on 110 anaesthesiologists working in hospitals of Mazandaran province. Questionnaire containing 4 questions about demographic and 18 questions related to anaesthesia was prepared. Attitude of the anaesthesiologists was divided into 5 categories based on Likert rating scale as follows: completely agreed, agreed, partially agreed, not agreed, completely not agreed. Chi-square test was used for the statistical analysis of the data. Results: Results of this study showed that the most positive attitude of anaesthesiologists about patient teaching was related to the proper explanation about duration of N.P.O before operation (%97.3). %52.7 of anaes the siologists were against giving explanation of the duration of N.P.O and post operation possible problems. In this regard no significant difference was observed between educational and non educational hospitals (P< 0.018). No significant difference in terms of attitude was observed between anaesthesiologists at different level of education (P< 0.07). Conclusion: Considering the positive attitude of the anaesthesiologists towards education and preoperation of the patients, it is recommended that such education be implemented and the patients be charged for preoperation consultation in order to give explanation about anaesthesia at proper time, when needed.
