عنوان فارسی مقایسه نیازهای روانی- اجتماعی والدین دانش آموزان پسر عقب مانده ذهنی، تالاسمی و عادی مقطع ابتدایی در شهرستان ساری
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: علی رغم پیشرفت علوم و فن آوری و تلاش های اصولی در جهت کاهش معلولیت، متأسفانه حدود ده درصد از کودکان سنین مدرسه در هر جامعه ای استثنایی هستند و از نظر جسمی، ذهنی و روانی با همسالان خود تفاوت چشمگیری دارند. در کشور ما نیز با توجه به درصد جمعیت پایین تر از بیست سال، حدود دو میلیون کودک استثنایی وجود دارند که خانواده های آنان در پذیرش معلولیت کودک خویش به کمک و حمایت نیازمند می باشند. لذا ضرورت دارد تا به نیاز سنجی به عنوان فرآیند جمع آوری و تحلیل اطلاعات در امر برنامه ریزی، آگاهی و تعیین اهداف و ارایه خدمات مورد نیاز به خانواده های مذکور توجه شود. پژوهش حاضر نیز بر اساس بررسی و مقایسه نیازهای روانی اجتماعی والدین دانش آموزان عقب مانده ذهنی، تالاسمی و عادی شهرستان ساری طرح ریزی شده است.مواد و روش ها: آزمودنی های پژوهش شامل سه گروه از والدین دانش آموزان پسر عقب مانده ذهنی، تالاسمی و عادی مقطع ابتدایی در شهرستان ساری بوده اند. در هر گروه تعداد 30 نفر دانش آموز انتخاب و سپس والدین آنها شامل 30 نفر پدر و 30 نفر مادر و در مجموع 180 نفر بر اساس پرسشنامه نیاز سنجی خانواده در شش حوزه روانی اجتماعی، شامل نیاز به اطلاعات، حمایت، توضیح دادن به دیگران، خدمات اجتماعی، مالی و عملکرد خانواده مورد سنجش و مطالعه قرار گرفته اند.یافته ها: مقایسه نیازهای والدین در گروه های سه گانه نشان می دهد که نیاز والدین دانش آموزان عقب مانده ذهنی با میانگین 71/48 بیشتر از نیاز والدین دانش آموزان تالاسمی با میانگین 74/40 بوده است و میانگین این دو گروه خیلی بیشتر از والدین دانش آموزان عادی با میانگین 81/13 می باشد. همچنین مقایسه نیازهای والدین دانش آموزان عقب مانده ذهنی با یکدیگر بیانگر آن است که در بین شش نیاز مورد بررسی در نیاز به اطلاعات، حمایت و مالی p< 0.0001 است؛ ولی در سه نیاز دیگر تفاوت مشاهده شده، معنی دار نبوده است. بین نیازهای پدران و مادران دانش آموزان تالاسمی و همچنین دانش آموزان عادی تفاوت معنی دار وجود نداشته است.استنتاج: وجود کودک معلول در خانواده می تواند باعث تشدید نیازهای روانی اجتماعی والدین آنها گردد و نیازهای این قبیل والدین خیلی بیشتر از والدین دارای کودکان عادی است. همچنین هر چقدر سطح معلولیت بیشتر و چندگانه باشد، خانواده ها نیازهای بیشتری را طلب می کنند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: Despite the development in sciences and technology and proper efforts in decreasing the number of disabilities, unfortunately about 10% of school going children in every society are disable and are quite different mentally, physically and intellectually from the same age group children. Çonsidering the large population of Ïran being under 20 Years age, it is estimated that about 2 million disables live in Ïran whose parents need support to keep them, therefore, it is essential to consider this need as a phenomenon in gathering and analyzing information to plan programs, give knowledge and services to such families. This study has been designed in order to evaluate and compare the psycho-social needs of the parents with mental retarted, thalassemic and normal students in Sari township Materials and methods: Subjects for the study comprised three groups who were the parents of the mental retarted, thalassemic and normal students studying at primary schools of Sari township. Ëach group consisted 30 students, 30 fathers and 30 mothers. Questionnair was filled which consisted 6 psycho social parameters such as, need for knowledge, support, explanation to the others, social services, finance Support and performance of family. Results : Â comparison on the needs of the parents in three-group indicates that, the need of mental retarted students’ parents (with mean 48.71%) is more than the needs of the thalassemics parents (with mean 40.74%). Ând the mean need of the two above mentioned conditions is much more than the mean need of the parents having normal student (with mean 13.81%). Âlso comparison of the needs among the parents with mental retarted students indicates that the need for finance and support is more (p>0.001). No difference was observed in three parameters. Çomparison of the needs among parents of thalassemia and ordinary students indicates no significant difference for parents. Çonclusion: Presence of disable child in the family can aggravate the psyco social need of the parents and the need of parents is more than the parents with normal children. Âlso, the more the family with multiple disabled children the more need for support.
