عنوان فارسی تجارب اساتید پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان از مشکلات مرتبط با مدیریت کلاس
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: اداره صحیح کلاس درس از مسائل مهم آموزشی است زیرا مدرس از این راه می تواند رفتارهای مخرب ومزاحم را اصلاح کند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش تبیین تجارب اساتید پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان از مشکلاتمرتبط با مدیریت کلاس می باشد.رو ش بررسی: این مطالعه به شیوه تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام شد. 7 مشارکت کننده به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمندو گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. داد هها با روش ضبط مصاحبه فردی و به صورت نیمه ساختار یافته جمع آوری و با استفاده ازنرم افزار MaxQdata نسخه 10 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: 210 کد، 80 زیر طبقه، 7 طبقه فرعی و 3 درون مایه اصلی شامل مشکلات آموزشی، مشکلات مربوط به محیطفیزیکی و مشکلات مرتبط با فرا گیر استخراج گردید.نتیجه گیری: مشکلات متعددی روند مناسب مدیریت کلاس را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد. ا گر بخواهید مداخل های در زمینهبهبود مدیریت کلاس درس انجام شود باید به هر سه مولفه اصلی فرا گیر، محیط فیزیکی و عوامل آموزشی توجه شود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective: Management of classroom is one of the important educational issues because ofthe way the teacher reform destructive and annoying behaviors. The aim of this study is determined experiencesof the medical teacher of Isfahan University of medical science about problems associated with the classroommanagement.Methods and Materials: This study was conducted using qualitative content analysis. Seven participantswere selected by purposive sampling and snowball. Semi-structured individual interviews carried out and datarecording. The data analyzed with MaxQdata version 10 software.Results: Two hundred ten inferential code, 83 sub-themes, and 3 themes including educational problems,problems related to physical environment and problems related to the learner were extracted.Conclusion: The numerous problems affecting the classroom management. You must be considered thethree main components of classroom management including educational problems, problems related to physicalenvironment and problems related to the learner if you want to carry out intervention to improve classroommanagement.
