عنوان فارسی بررسی میزان جامعه‌نگر بودن آموزش پزشکی از دیدگاه دانشجویان فیزیوپاتولوژی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه
چکیده فارسی مقاله پیش زمینه و هدف: در سال‌های اخیر فعالیت‌های زیادی برای تغییر در سیستم آموزشی و بهبود آموزش پزشکی و پیراپزشکی صورت گرفته است. یکی از این تغییرات ادغام آموزش علوم پزشکی در وزارت بهداشت و درمان و به تبع آن راه اندازی آموزش جامعه‌نگر می‌باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی و مقایسه میزان جامعه‌نگر بودن آموزش پزشکی از دیدگاه دانشجویان فیزیوپاتولوژی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه در سال‌های 1384 و 1391 می‌باشد. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد که به صورت مقطعی بر روی کلیه دانشجویان فیزیوپاتولوژی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه با روش نمونه گیری غیراحتمالی آسان در سال‌های تحصیلی 1384و 1391 انجام شده است. حجم نمونه برابر با حجم جامعه می‌باشد که شامل 47 نفر دانشجوی پاتوفیزیولوژی(سال 1384) و 58 نفر(سال 1391) می‌باشد. یافته‌ها: بیشترین میزان تبحر دانشجویان در دوره پزشکی از نظر دانشجویان فیزیوپاتولوژی سال 1384، مربوط به متدولوژی تحقیق به میزان 8/46درصد، رهبری و مدیریت تیم پزشکی به میزان 6/42درصد و آخرین اطلاعات پزشکی به میزان 4/40درصد است و ناموفق‌ترین آن‌ها مربوط به آخرین اطلاعات پزشکی، دانش کسب شده در زمینه علوم پایه، پیشگیری از بیماری‌ها، تشخیص بالینی و درمان بیماری‌ها بود. و از نظر دانشجویان در سال 1391 مربوط به مربوط به متدولوژی روش تحقیق به میزان 31درصد، رهبری و مدیریت تیم پزشکی به میزان 19درصد و آخرین اطلاعات پزشکی به میزان 19درصد است و ناموفق‌ترین آن‌ها مربوط به علوم اجتماعی، رفتاری و مسائل انسانی می‌باشد.نتیجه گیری: هرچند دانشگاه تاکید زیادی بر روی آموزش پزشکی مبتنی بر جامعه دارد ولی هنوز فاصله زیادی تا میزان رضایت بخش و مطلوب دارد. با وجود چنین فاصله‌ای، قرار گرفتن پزشکان در بطن جامعه و مشاهده شرایط جامعه تأثیر فراوانی بر روی مطابقت پزشکان با نیازهای واقعی جامعه دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی SURVEY OF COMMUNITY ORIENTED MEDICAL EDUCATION FROM THE VIEWPOINT OF PHYSIOPATHOLOGY URMIA UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله  Background & Aims: In recent years, many efforts to change the education system to improve medical and paramedical training have taken place. One of the changes incorporated is merging of Education in the Ministry of Health and setting up of community oriented medical education accordingly. The purpose of this study was to compare the rate of community oriented medical education physiopathology students’ perspective in the years 2005 and 2012 in Urmia University of Medical Sciences.Materials & Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted on all students in the physiopathology of Urmia University of Medical Sciences during the academic years 2005 and 2012 with convenience sampling. The sample included 47 Pathophysiology students in 2005 and 58 students in 2012.Results: The most proficiency of the students in physiopathology course in 2005 are in Research Methodology of 46/8%, Medical leadership and management of 42/6%, and the Latest Medical Information of 40/4% and from the other hand the most deficiencies of the students in physiopathology course in 2005 are in Latest medical knowledge in the fields of Basic science, Disease prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment of diseases. However, the most proficiency of the students in physiopathology course in 2012 are in Research Methodology of 31%, Medical leadership and management of 19%, and the Latest medical information of 19%, and the most deficiencies of the students in physiopathology course in 2012 are in Social, Behavioral, and Human science.Conclusion: Although the University has stress on community-based medical education, but still the University needs attempt to reach satisfaction and desirable points. The physicians need to be inside of community and match their educational needs according the environmental and communities change and need to have more and more community base medical education.SOURCE: URMIA MED J 2013: 24(2): 96 ISSN: 1027-3727
