عنوان فارسی گزارش یک مورد فیستول کوله‌سیستوکولونیک در جسد
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده : مقدمه و هدف: فیستول بین مجاری صفراوی و لوله گوارش در 12 درصد موارد کوله‌سیستیت‌ها گزارش شده‌ است. در این گزارش یک مورد چسبندگی التهابی و فیستول بین کیسه صفرا و کولون عرضی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و بر مجاورت آناتومیک این دو عضو به لحاظ اهمیت کلینیکی تأکید شده است . معرفی بیمار: در سال تحصیلی 1383ـ1382 در سالن تشریح دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در جریان عمل تشریح احشاء حفره شکم در یک جسد مذکر میان سال، یک مورد چسبندگی بین کیسه صفرا و کولون عرضی دیده شد. در ضخامت این چسبندگی، فیستول‌های کوچک و متعددی، بین فوندوس کیسه صفرا و سطح فوقانی کولون عرضی مشاهده گردید. این فیستول‌ها، دارای لبه‌های گرد بوده و انتشار مواد سبز از طریق آنها به کولون عرضی مشهود بود. نتیجه‌گیری: چسبندگی التهابی بین کیسه صفرا و احشاء مجاور و فیستول متعاقب آن از عوارض کوله سیستیت مزمن درمان نشده می‌باشد. در گذشته به لحاظ پایین بودن شرایط بهداشتی و محدودیت اقدامات درمانی، شیوع این عارضه بیشتر بوده، ولی در دهه‌های اخیر کاهش یافته است. به هر حال به لحاظ امکان بروز این عارضه، ضرورت تأکید بر این مجاورت در تدریس آناتومی حائز اهمیت است و علاوه بر این، زمینه مناسبی برای یک بحث آناتومی، بالینی و جنین‌شناسی را به صورت ادغام یافته در محدوده بن بست هپاتورنال فراهم می‌آورد. واژه‌های کلیدی: فیستول کوله‌سیستوکولونیک، چسبندگی، جسد

عنوان انگلیسی A Case Report of Cholecystocolonic Fistula in a Cadaveric Setting
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله ABSTRACT: Introduction & Objective: About 12% of complications of cholecystitis are reported to be the fistula between the gall bladder and the gastrointestinal tract. In this article, a case of inflammatory adhesion between the gall bladder and the transverse colon is reported. Due to the importance of this phenomenon, the literature has been reviewed in order to highlight anatomical relation between these two viscera. Case: A case of inflammatory adhesion between the gall bladder and the adjacent part of transverse colon was observed during routine dissection of abdominal cavity of a male middle age cadaver. The adhesional fold contained multiple fistulae between the fundus of gall bladder and the adjacent part of transverse colon. Through the round openings of these fistulae, the green bile material appeared to have been passed from the gall bladder to the colon. Conclusion: In cases of untreated chronic cholecystitis, this kind of inflammatory adhesion between the gall bladder and the adjacent part of transverse colon and subsequent fistulae used to be a usual complication. Because of low level of hygiene and medical services, the frequency of these complications, was not uncommon in the past, but their occurrence has decreased in recent decades. Meanwhile, due to the possibility of occurrence, the emphasis on anatomical relation of these two viscera, and drafting an integrated discussion of anatomy, developmental and clinical aspects of heptorenal pouch is mandatory in the educational areas.
