عنوان فارسی مخالفت امام خمینی با ‌نظام شاهنشاهی پهلوی از منظر قانون اساسی مشروطه؛ فرایند یک تحول
چکیده فارسی مقاله در پژوهش حاضر، تلاش شده است، با بهره‌گیری از تکنیک یا الگوی «ردیابی فرایند» و به‌شیوه بررسی تاریخی، روند مخالفت‌ آیت‌الله خمینی با حکومت پهلوی، در چارچوب قانون اساسی مشروطه و متمم آن، طی سالهای دهه 1340 و پس از آن، مورد ارزیابی توصیفی- تحلیلی قرار گیرد. مسئله مورد بررسی، ردیابی فرایندی است که به‌تحولی بنیادین در نگرش آیت‌الله خمینی نسبت به‌قانون اساسی مشروطه و مشروعیت‌زدایی قطعی از حکومت پهلوی انجامید. در چارچوب پرسش‌های اصلی و فرعی، مدعای پژوهش، جایگاه قانون اساسی مشروطه و متمم آن را، در مقاطع مختلف، در نزد آیت‌الله خمینی تبیین کرده و به‌دلایلی خواهد پرداخت که، تحولی بنیادین در نگرش ایشان نسبت به‌نظام مشروطه و ضرورت از میان برداشتن حکومت پهلوی، ایجاد نمود. مسئله مورد بررسی، ردیابی فرایندی است که به‌تحولی بنیادین در نگرش آیت‌الله خمینی نسبت به‌قانون اساسی مشروطه و مشروعیت‌زدایی قطعی از حکومت پهلوی انجامید. در چارچوب پرسش‌های اصلی و فرعی، مدعای پژوهش، جایگاه قانون اساسی مشروطه و متمم آن را، در مقاطع مختلف، در نزد آیت‌الله خمینی تبیین کرده و به‌دلایلی خواهد پرداخت که، تحولی بنیادین در نگرش ایشان نسبت به‌نظام مشروطه و ضرورت از میان برداشتن حکومت پهلوی، ایجاد نمود. در چارچوب پرسش‌های اصلی و فرعی، مدعای پژوهش، جایگاه قانون اساسی مشروطه و متمم آن را، در مقاطع مختلف، در نزد آیت‌الله خمینی تبیین کرده و به‌دلایلی خواهد پرداخت که، تحولی بنیادین در نگرش ایشان نسبت به‌نظام مشروطه و ضرورت از میان برداشتن حکومت پهلوی، ایجاد نمود.
