عنوان فارسی بررسی تاثیر پذیری الگوی مسکن روستایی از سبک زندگی روستاییان در شهرستان نکا
چکیده فارسی مقاله سبک زندگی مفهومی است که از قرن بیستم به بعد با توجه به رشد شهرنشینی وصنعتی شدن وتفکیک اجتماعی فزاینده‌ای که درجوامع غربی شکل گرفته بود، مطرح می‌شود. جوامع روستایی ایران نیز از مظاهر مدرنیته برخوردار و این بهره مندی، به معنای تغییر ودگرگونی الگوی مصرفی روستاهاست. مسکن نیز به عنوان یکی از نیازهای اساسی ومصرفی انسان تحت تاثیر این دگرگونی ها قرار رفته است. این تحقیق بهبررسی تاثیر تغییرات سبک زندگی بر الگوی مسکن روستایی در شهرستان نکامی‌پردازد. روش تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی – تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، روستاهای بالای 20خانوار شهرستان نکا بوده که با استفاده روش کوکران، حجم نمونه‌ایمعادل 256 خانوار از 10 روستای نمونه انتخاب شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که ضریب همبستگی بین الگوی مسکن روستایی و تغییرات سبک زندگی در روستاهای مورد مطالعه 658/0 می‌باشد. هم چنین بر اساس نتایج رگرسیون چند متغیره، تاثیر تمامی شاخص‌های سبک زندگی یعنی ارزش‌ها وایده‌آلها، طرز پوشش، تغذیه، اوقات فراغت ومصرف گرایی در مدل معنی‌دار است و بیشترین تأثیر به رژیم غذایی و تغذیه و نحوه گذران اوقات فراغت با ضرایب 538/0 و 526/0 اختصاص دارد. با توجه به یافته های تحقیق در زمینه تغییرات الگوی مسکن در منطقه، شناخت فرهنگ وسبک زندگی روستایی وگسترش جنبه های مثبتآن و توجه به رفاه و آسایش روستاییان در مساکن روستایی، رعایت ضوابط مربوط به امنیت ومقاومت مسکن روستایی و استفاده از الگوهای مسکن شهری در انطباق با فرهنگ و محیط روستا پیشنهاد می‌شود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Lifestyle concept that the twentieth century onwards due to urbanization and industrial growth and increasing social isolation that Western society was formed arises. Iran also enjoys the trappings of modernity and rural communities benefit, means changing consumption pattern of rural areas. Housing as one of the basic needs of human consumption has been affected by these changes. This study examines the impact of lifestyle changes on the pattern of rural housing in the town of Neka city. Research methods, and applications of descriptive - analytic study. The population study of 20 rural households in the city of Neka using Cochran's method, a sample size of 256 households from 10 villages were selected. The results show that the correlation coefficient between the pattern of rural housing and rural lifestyle changes is studied 658/0. Based on the results of multivariate regression analysis, the influence of the values of all parameters lifestyle, dress, food, leisure and consumption in the model is significant and the most effective diet and nutrition, leisure activities and the coefficients 0.538 and 0.526 reserved.
