عنوان فارسی بررسی کنش متقابل سرمایه اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی(دو بعد عینی و ذهنی) در محلات برنامه ریزی شده شهری، نمونه موردی: محله جاهدشهر منطقه ۱۲ مشهد
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیرات سرمایه اجتماعی بر کیفیت زندگی( دو بعد عینی و ذهنی) در محلات برنامه ریزی شده شهری به دنبال ارتقای کیفیات زندگی در این دست از محلات از طریق افزایش سرمایه های اجتماعی است. محله مورد مطالعه، محله جاهد شهر واقع در منطقه 12 شهر مشهد است. معیارها و شاخص های سرمایه اجتماعی، کیفیت عینی و ذهنی زندگی در 4 سطح به صورت سلسله مراتبی تدوین شده اند. روش مورد استفاده از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ روش توصیفی- تحلیلی همبستگی است.گردآوری داده ها به روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی صورت گرفته وبا استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 372 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شده و روش توزیع پرسشنامه تصادفی ساده می باشد. در تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزارهای SPSS و AMOS استفاده شده است. نتایج : بین سرمایه اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد و میزان تاثیر سرمایه اجتماعی بر کیفیت ذهنی زندگی بیشتر از کیفیت عینی آن می باشد. همچنین میزان سرمایه اجتماعی و کیفیت ذهنی زندگی در محله جاهدشهر از نظر ساکنان درحد متوسط رو به ضعیف و میزان کیفیت عینی زندگی در حد متوسط رو به بالا ارزیابی شده است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This paper with goal of study the impact of social capital on quality of life (both objective and subjective) in the planned urban areas is going for promote the quality of life in these areas by increasing social capital. The studied area is Jahed neighborhood, located in the region 12 of Mashhad city. Criteria and indicators of social capital, objective and subjective quality of life have been developed on 4 levels hierarchical. Used method is practical in terms of target and correlation cross- sectional in terms of method. Data collection was conducted by library and field and using the Cochran formula 372 people were chosen as sample size and distribution method of the questionnaire is simple random. For data analysis SPSS and AMOS software were used. Results: There is a significant relationship between social capital and quality of life and the impact of social capital on quality of life is more than objective quality of it.
