چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Congenital cystic lesions of the pancreas are rare findings. Furthermore, dermoid cyst of the pancreas is exceptionally uncommon. A review of the world literature showed that only 18 documented cases of dermoid cyst of the pancreas were reported so far. The pre-operative evaluation of this lesion is rather questionable, with definitive diagnosis taking place intra-operatively. Herein, we presented a 4-year-old female with a symptomatic 6-cm cystic mass in the head of her pancreas.
