عنوان فارسی ارزیابی کیفیت آموزش درمانگاهی در یک بیمارستان آموزشی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه و هدف : آموزش بالینی مهمترین دوره جهت تربیت پزشکان با صلاحیت است. آموزش بالینی ، به ویژه آموزش درمانگاهی با چلشهای متعددی  مواجه است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین کیفیت آموزش درمانگاهی یک بیمارستان آموزشی در سال تحصیلی95 در تهران انجام شده است. روش: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی است. نمونه گیری به روش سرشماری در دانشجویان پزشکی عمومی و دستیاران پزشکی به تعداد 100 نفر انجام گرفت. ابزار مورد استفاده برای گرد آوری اطلاعات شامل: پرسشنامه  ACLEEM (Ambulatory Care Learning Education Environment Measure) برای بررسی نظران دانشجویان و پرسشنامه 12 سوالی بررسی نظرات اساتید بود. اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزارspss نسخه 21 مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت. یافته ها: در این پژوهش یکصد نفر شرکت کننده در زمان مطالعه بودند که، تعداد 34 نفر استاد ،25 نفر رزیدنت و 41 نفر دانشجوی پزشکی عمومی  بود.  کیفیت آموزش درمانگاهی از دیدگاه اساتید ، میانگین و انحراف معیار 3/84± 21 بدست آمد.  کیفیت آموزش از نظر رزیدنتها ، میانگین و انحراف معیار 24/52 ±112/48 بدست آمد. کیفیت آموزش از نظر دانشجویان پزشکی عمومی ، میانگین نمره و انحراف معیار23/06  ±111/85 بدست آمد. نتیجه گیری نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که در این مرکز اکثریت یعنی اساتید و دانشجویان پزشکی عمومی کیفیت آموزش درمانگاهی را متوسط ارزیابی نموده اند. برای تحقق هدف ارتقآء و دستیابی به کیفیت آموزشی مطلوب ، توجه بیشتر به شرایط و عوامل موثر در کیفیت آموزش درمانگاهی و استاندارد نمودن آن همچون : اساتید توانمندو با علاقه ، برنامه ریزی ، فضا - محیط و شرایط فیزیکی مناسب ، تجهیزات پزشکی کافی ، دسترسی آسان  به منابع علمی، دسترسی به منایع اطلاعاتی سوابق پزشکی ، مدیریت تعداد بیماران و مدت زمان ویزیت و.. مورد تاکید است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction & Objective: Clinical education in general and clinical education as a part of clinical education have several educational challenges. Among these challenges are the student's contact with a small number of patients, the short time between the student's encounters with the patient, the low interaction between the professor and the student, the summary of the case discussion, and the inability of the students to engage in learning-learning. This study aims to determine the quality Clinical education was conducted at a teaching hospital in the north of Tehran . Findings In this study, 100 participants participated in the study, 34 were professors, 25 were residents and 41 were general medical students. The quality of clinical education was evaluated from the teachers' point of view with mean score and standard deviation of ± 3.84 ± 21. Residents evaluated the quality of education with mean score and standard deviation of 112.48 ± 24.52. The general medical students assessed the educational quality of the center with mean score and standard deviation of 111.85 ± 23.66. Conclusion The results of this study showed that the majority of the center, namely, professors and general medical students, evaluated the quality of clinical education. Regarding the importance of clinic education in developing the clinical capabilities of a physician in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment decisions, it is imperative that managers of educational clinics overcome the challenges and needs of faculty members and students. To achieve the goal and to achieve the desired educational quality, pay more attention to the conditions and factors affecting the quality of clinical education and standardize it, such as: professors with interest, planning, space-environment and appropriate physical conditions, adequate medical equipment, easy access Access to information resources of medical records, management of the number of patients, and the duration of visits, etc., is emphasized.
