عنوان فارسی شناسایی و رتبه بندی مولفه‌های مورد نظر مشمولان قانون خدمت پزشکان و پیراپزشکان در انتخاب محل خدمت و ماندگاری
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: در جهت هماهنگ نمودن مطالبات مشمولان قانون خدمت پزشکان و پیراپزشکان با سیاست‌های مدنظر وزارت بهداشت در زمینه‌ی تامین اولویت­ها و توزیع عادلانه‌ی اینگونه نیروها، باید در قدم اول نسبت به سازمان­دهی منابع و تامین نظر افراد مذکور اقدام کرد. هدف این پژوهش تعیین و رتبه بندی مولفه‌های مورد نظر مشمولان قانون خدمت پزشکان و پیراپزشکان و اولویت بندی آن‌ها در انتخاب محل خدمت و ماندگاری آنان است. روش بررسی : پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات توصیفی - تحلیلی است. شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه، مشمولان قانون خدمت پزشکان و پیراپزشکان در سال 1391 بودند. کلیه اطلاعات از طریق نرم افزار آماری SPSS و EXCEL تحلیل و برای اولویت بندی و تعیین میزان اهمیت هر یک از عوامل تاثیرگذار بر انتخاب محل خـدمت مشمـولان طـرح، از آزمـون Freidman استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: از میان تمامی عوامل مورد بررسی، عوامل اجتماعی/ اعتقادی با میانگین 3/52 بیشترین تاثیرگذاری را در انتخاب محل خدمت مشمولین طرح داشتند و اولین اولویت برای انتخاب محل خدمت مشمولان طرح به تفکیک رشته تحصیلی، مقطع تحصیلی، محل خدمت و ضریب خدمت منطقه خدمت مشمولان طرح تعیین شد. نتیجه‌گیری: بیشترین عامل موثر در جهت سازماندهی و جهت گیری مناسب توسط وزارت بهداشت درک صحیح اولویت‌ها، خواسته‌ها و ایده­آل‌های ذهنی مشمولان طرح می‌باشد؛ بویژه با تغییر در الگوهای رفتاری و دسترسی آسان به اطلاعات، شاهد تغییرات وسیعی در دیدگاه نسل کنونی نسبت به نسل‌های گذشته مشاهده می‌شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Identification And Ranking The Components Serving Doctors And Paramedics Manpower In Choosing Their Place Of Employment And Durability
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: In order to harmonize the demands of doctors and paramedics serving subject to the law Ministry of Health with intended policy of the health ministry on determining priorities and equitable distribution of mentioned resources, the first step that should be taken is to organize resources and to consider their viewpoints . The goal of this paper was to Identify and rank the indexes related to paramedics and ranking them on choosing their place of employment and their durability. Materials and Methods: The research was a descriptive- Analytic study . Participants in the study were resources of law service of doctors and paramedics in 2012 . All data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS and EXCEL . Friedman test was used for prioritizing and determining the importance of each of the factors influencing the selecting places of employment . Results: Among all the factors , social / beliefs factors with mean value of (SD ) 3/52 (0/019) had the greatest influence on the choice of place of service of subject to the law, and it is the first priority of service location by field of study , educational level , place of service and the service index subjects served . Conclusion: In order to properly organize and direct the Ministry of Health , the most effective factor is correct understanding of the priorities , needs and mental ideal needs of the mentioned resources . Especially the changes in behavior patterns and easy access to information in large extend will create huge changes of current generation than previous generations.
