عنوان فارسی بررسی مقایسه ‏ای مشخصات بافت نرم اطراف ایمپلنت‏های یک‏ مرحله‏ ای و دومرحله ای
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: کیفیت بافت نرم یک فاکتور کلیدی برای موفقیت آمیز بودن کاشت ایمپلنت می‏باشد. زیبایی می‏تواند قویا تحت تاثیر بافت اطراف ایمپلنت قرار گیرد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی مقایسه‏ای مشخصات بافت نرم اطراف ایمپلنت‏های یک‏مرحله‏ای و دومرحله‏ای بود. مواد و روش‏ها: این مطالعه توصیفی – تحلیلی در 40 بیمار نیازمند به ایمپلنت در ناحیه قدامی فک بالا و پایین که دارای دندان سمت مقابل بودند، انجام شد. در 20 بیمار، ایمپلنت به روش یک‏مرحله ای و در 20 بیمار دیگر به روش دومرحله‏ای قرار داده شد، سپس شاخص‏های عرض بیولوژیک به روش Sounding، ابعاد پاپیلای بین دندانی و بین ایمپلنت – دندان طبق طبقه بندی Jemt و ضخامت مخاط اطراف ایمپلنت و دندان اندازه‏گیری شد. آزمون‏های آماری بکار رفته شامل Chi-squretest و t-test و Paired sample t-test بود (05/0α=). یافته‏ ها: میانگین عرض بیولوژیک در ایمپلنت یک‏مرحله‏ای 52/0±6/1 میلی‏متر و در دندان طبیعی این بیماران 4/0±8/1 میلی‏متر، در ایمپلنت دومرحله‏ای 4/0±7/1 میلی‏متر و در دندان طبیعی این بیماران 5/0±9/1 میلی‏متر بود. میانگین ضخامت مخاط درایمپلنت یک‏مرحله‏ای 4/0± 2/2 میلی‏متر و در دندان طبیعی این بیماران 3/0±3/2 میلی‏متر، در ایمپلنت دومرحله‏ای 4/0±0/2 میلی‏متر و در دندان طبیعی این بیماران 4/0±2/2 میلی‏متر بود. مقایسه ضخامت مخاط در ایمپلنت دومرحله‏ای و دندان‏ها معنی‏دار بود (001/0P=) در بقیه موارد تفاوت معنی‏داری مشاهده نشد. نتیجه گیری:در مقایسه ضخامت مخاط و ابعاد پاپیلای ایمپلنت دومرحله‏ای با دندان اختلاف‏ها معنی‏دار بودند (001/0P=). ابعاد پاپیلای ایمپلنت یک‏مرحله‏ای در مقایسه با دندان طبیعی به یک اختلاف معنی‏دار بسیار نزدیک بود. در بقیه موارد شاخص‏های اندازه‏گیری شده تفاوت‏های معنی‏داری با همدیگر نداشتند.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparative Evaluation of Soft Tissue Characteristics around Nonsubmerged & Submerged Implants
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: The quality of the soft tissues is one of key factors for the success of the implantation. Esthetic can be strongly influenced by the tissue surrounding the implant. Material & Methods: This cross - sectional study was performed on 40 patients who need single anterior dental implant in the maxilla and mandible with contra-lateral tooth 20 patients the implantation was done with submerged method and in other 20 patient the non submerged method was used. Then biologic widthinterdental papilla index mucosal thickness surrounding implants and teeth were indicated. Results: In this study the average of biologic width in non submerged implants group was 1.6±0.5 mm and the average of biologic width in contra-lateral natural teeth in the patients of this group was 1.8±0.4 mm. But in other group the average of biologic width in submerged implant was 1.7±0.4 mm and the average of the biologic width in contra-lateral natural teeth in the patients of this group was 1.9±0.53 mm. The average of mucosa thickness in non submerged implants group was 2.2±0.4 mm and this average in teeth in this group was 2.3±0.3 mm. But in other group the average of mucosa thickness of implant was 2.0±0.4 mm and this average in teeth in this group was 2.2±0.4 mm. Conclusion: In comparison of mucosa thickness and papilla index in submerged implants group with teeth of this group a significant statistical different have been seen and also Papilla index in non submerged implants in comparison to natural teeth had slightly significant statistical difference. Other comparison analysis in other indexes did not have significant statistical difference in this study.
