عنوان فارسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دندانپزشکان شهر اصفهان-ایران در خصوص اثرات بیولوژیک پرتوهای یونیزان و روش‏های حفاظتی در برابر آنها در سال ۱۳۹۰
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: کاربرد روزافزون رادیوگرافی‏های دندانی، سبب لزوم افزایش آگاهی و عملکرد مناسب دندانپزشکان در زمینه حفاظت از پرتو‏های یونیزان می‏شود.به همین جهت مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دندانپزشکان عمومی شهر اصفهان در مورد اثرات پرتوهای یونیزان و روش‏های حفاظت در برابر آنها انجام گردید. مواد و روش‏ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی، به منظور سنجش سطح آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دندانپزشکان مورد نظر، پرسشنامه‏ای مشتمل بر سوالات سنجش آگاهی، نگرش، عملکرد و اطلاعات دموگرافیک در بین 184 دندانپزشک شهر اصفهان توزیع گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‏های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون t و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون در نرم‏افزار SPSS با ویرایش 15 انجام شد(5%=α). یافته‏ ها: در مطالعه حاضر2/73 درصد از دندانپزشکان مورد بررسی، آگاهی ضعیف داشتند. 6/25 و 2/1 درصد از دندانپزشکان نیز به ترتیب سطح آگاهی متوسط و خوب داشتند. 24 و 76 درصد به ترتیب نگرش خوب و بی تفاوت داشتند. 10% از پیش‌بند سربی و 5/4 درصد از گردبند تیروئیدی برای بیماران استفاده می‏کردند. سابقه کار با سطح آگاهی رابطه معکوس معنی‏دار داشت (004/0=P، 218/0-=r). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه حاضر، آگاهی دندانپزشکان شهر اصفهان ضعیف ارزیابی می‏شود و دوره‏های آموزشی در زمان تحصیل و بعد از فارغ التحصیلی در این زمینه ضروری است.

عنوان انگلیسی Knowledge, Attitudes and Performance of Dental Practitioners in Isfahan-Iran about Biologic Effects of Ionizing Radiation and Protection Against them in 2011
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Increasing use of dental radiography makes necessitates of increasing awareness and appropriate performance about ionizing radiation protection. The present study was done with the aim of evaluation of awareness, attitude and performance levels of dental practitioners in the city of Isfahan about ionizing radiation and protection against them. Materials & Methods: In this descriptive-analytic study a questionnaire including questions for evaluating of awareness, attitude and performance levels and demographic information was distributed among 184 dentists in the city of Isfahan. The data were analyzed by means of student t test and Pearson correlation coefficient in SPSS software (α=0.05). Results: In the present study 73.2% of dentists had weak awareness level 25.6% and 1.2% of dentists had moderate and good awareness levels respectively. Twentyfour and 76 percent had good and apathetic attitudes. Ten and 4.5 percent of dentists have been using lead apron and thyroidal necklace for their patients respectively. Experience and awareness had significant inverse correlation with eachother (P=0.004, r =-0.218). Conclusion: According to the results of the presents study, the awareness of dentists was weak and academic education as well as post-graduate education is necessary.
