عنوان فارسی بررسی مشکلات دندانپزشکان عمومی شهر اصفهان-ایران در زمینه کاربرد مواد ترمیمی کامپوزیت خلفی در سال ۱۳۸۸
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: ترمیم‏های کامپوزیت خلفی یکی از پرطرفدارترین درمان‏های دندانپزشکی در بین بیماران است. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین مشکلات دندانپزشکان عمومی شهر اصفهان، حین و پس از انجام ترمیم‏های کامپوزیت خلفی بود. مواد و روش‏ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی، از پرسشنامه‏هایی استفاده شد که شامل سوالاتی درمورد مشکلات حین و پس از انجام ترمیم‏های کامپوزیت خلفی در بین دندانپزشکان عمومی شهر اصفهان در سال 1388 بود. اطلاعات به دست آمده توسط آزمون Chi-square بررسی شد. (05/0=α) یافته‏ها: بیشترین مشکل دندانپزشکان در این مطالعه حین انجام ترمیم ، بر قراری تماس های مناسب پروگزیمالی و پس از انجام ترمیم های کامپوزیت خلفی ، حساسیت دندان هنگام جویدن ، که با تصحیح اکلوژن رفع نشود ، بود . از طرفی ملاحظات دندانپزشکان حین انجام ترمیم، فشار دادن نوار ماتکریس به سمت دندان مجاور در هنگام پلیمریزاسیون، قرار دادن لایه به لایه کامپوزیت، رعایت دستورالعمل کارخانه سازنده در استفاده از عوامل باندینگ و پالیشینگ مرطوب ترمیم بود. اغلب دندانپزشکان (8/55%) از باندینگ عاجی دو مرحله‏ای توتال اچ استفاده می‏کردند و ملاک بیشتر آنها (5/42%) در انتخاب کامپوزیت، امکان برقراری ایزولیشن و انجام صحیح ترمیم بود. نتیجه گیری: آموزش صحیح دندانپزشکان و افزایش آگاهی آنها نسبت به اینگونه ترمیم‏ها، نه تنها باعث کاهش مشکلات حین ترمیم برای آنها می‏گردد، بلکه باعث کاهش مشکلات پس از ترمیم نیز می‏گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of the Problems of General Dental Practitioners in the Usage of Composite Materials in Posterior Teeth in the City of Isfahan-Iran in 2010
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Posterior composite restorations are the one of the most usual dental treatments among patients. The goal of this study was determining dentists' problems during and after treatment of posterior – composite restorations in the city of Isfahan. Materials & Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, we used a questionnaire including questions about the problems of posterior composite treatments during and after operation among dentists in Isfahan in 2009-2010. The data were analysed by chi-Square test. Results: The most frequent problem during composite restoration was achieving good proximal contact (30.8%) and after it, sensitivity of teeth while chewing which would not be repaired by correct occlusion (34.8%). Most of the dentists pushed the matrix strip toward the adjacent teeth while polymerization, applied the composite in different layer, did the company instructions for bonding layer and used wet polishing during restoration. Most of the dentists (55.8%) used two step total etch dentinal bonding and selected the composite because of its ability in making isolation and good restoration (42.5%). Conclusion: Providing correct education for the dentists and increasing their knowledge about these restorations result in reduction of associated problems during and after the operation.
