عنوان فارسی مقایسه سیل آپیکال سه نوع کانال سیلر AH۲۶، AHPlus و Tubliseal در پر کردن کانال به روش تراکم جانبی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: سیل آپیکالی مناسب نقش مهمی در موفقیت درمان کانال ریشه دارد. شایع‏ترین علت شکست درمان ریشه را فقدان سیل آپیکالی مناسب دانسته اند. هدف این مطالعه مقایسه سیل آپیکالی سه نوع کانال سیلر AH26، AHPlus و Tubliseal با هم و با گروه‏های کنترل منفی و مثبت به روش Dye Penetration در شرایط آزمایشگاهی بود. مواد و روش‏ها: تعداد 110 عدد دندان کشیده شده سانترال بالای انسان که پس از کشیده شدن در محلول فرمالین 10% قرار گرفت، به مدت یک ساعت در محلول هیپوکلریت سدیم 25/5% نگهداری شدند، سپس دندان‏ها به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه 30 تایی و دو گروه کنترل منفی و مثبت تقسیم شدند که پس از دبریدمان سطوح خارجی و قطع تاج از ناحیه CEJ، کانال‏ها با تکنیک Step back آماده سازی و سپس بوسیله گوتاپرکا و سه نوع سیلر AH26، AHPlus و Tubliseal به روش تراکم جانبی پر شدند. در گروه کنترل مثبت کانال‏ها پس از آماده سازی با گوتا پرکا و بدون سیلر پر شدند و در گروه کنترل منفی کانال‏ها آماده سازی ولی پر نشدند. mm2 کرونالی کانال‏ها با آمالگام پر شد و گروه کنترل منفی با دو لایه لاک ناخن و یک لایه موم چسب پوشانده شد و تمام دندان‏هابه مدت 72 ساعت درون انکوباتور قرار گرفتند. سطح خارجی سایر دندان‏ها نیز به جز در ناحیه mm2 آپیکال با دو لایه لاک ناخن و یک لایه موم چسب پوشانده شد و همراه با India Ink سانتریفوژ شد و سپس به مدت 72 ساعت درون جوهر غوطه ور گردیدند. سپس دندان‏ها برش طولی داده شدند و مقدار نفوذ رنگ در زیر استریو میکروسکوپ، اندازه گیری شد. داده‏هاتوسط نرم افزار آماری SPSS با ویرایش 15 و آزمون آماری ANOVA و پس آزمون Tukey آنالیز شدند. یافته ها: میانگین میزان نفوذ رنگ در گروه آزمایشی Tubliseal به طور معنی‏داری بیش از این میزان در گروه‏های آزمایش AH26 و AHPlus بود؛ در حالی که اختلاف مشاهده شده بین گروه‏های AH26 و AHPlus از نظر آماری معنی‏دار نبود (001/0P

عنوان انگلیسی Comparison of Apical Seal of Three Root Canal Sealers (AH26 , AHPlus and Tubliseal) in Root Canal Obturated by Lateral Condensation Technique
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: A good apical seal plays a critical role in the success of endodontic treatment. The most common cause of treatment failure has been the lack of root apical seal. The aim of this study was to compare the apical seal of three root canal sealers including AH26 , AH Plus and Tubliseal together and with positive and negative groups, using a dye penetration test. Materials & Methods: One hundred and ten humon upper central teeth were used in this study. Teeth were kept in 10% formalin solution and then were maintained for three days in 5.25% NaOCl. The teeth were randomly divided into three experimental groups (N=30) and two negative and positive control groups. After debridement of the external surfaces the crowns were cut at the CEJ, and were instrumented by stepback technique and obturated using lateral condensation technique with gutta-percha and either AH26 , AH Plus or Tubliseal. In positive control group, after preparation, the canals were filled with gutta-percha without sealer, and in negative control group, the canals were prepared but not filled. Two mm of coronal canals were filled with amalgam and negative control group were coated with two layers of nail polish and one layer of sticky wax, and next, were incubated for 72 hours after that, the surface of the other teeth except 2mm in apical area was coated with nail polish and wax. Finally then the teeth were centrifuged with India Ink and kept in ink for 72 hours. After longitudinally sectioning, the amount of dye penetration was measured under the stereomicroscope by three individuals who were blind to the groups. Data were analyzed by ANOVA and post hoc Tukey HSD test, through SPSS 15 software. Result: Higher level of dye penetration was observed in group B (Tubliseal) which was significantly greater than the rate in groups A (AH26) and C (AHPlus), while the difference observed between groups A and C was not statistically significant. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that although AHPlus is better than AH26 , there was no statistically significant difference in apical seal of AH26 and AH Plus sealers: However, the leakage of them was significantly less than that of Tubliseal sealer.
