عنوان فارسی بررسی وضعیت انتشار و استناد به مقالات دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی در نمایه نامه‌های استنادی تامسون (ISI) در سال‌های ۱۹۹۸ تا ۲۰۰۷
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده سابقه و هدف: میزان تولیدات علمی نمایه شده در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر نظیر ISI (نمایه نامه‌های استنادی تامسون) از ملاک های مهم رتبه‌بندی دانشگاه‌هاست و انتشار تولیدات علمی در این پایگاه‌ها باعث افزایش رویت‌پذیری و افزایش استناد به آنها نیز می‌شود. در این مقاله، وضعیت انتشار و استناد به مقالات دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی طی سالهای 1998 تا 2007 ارائه گردیده است. روش بررسی: این مطالعه یک مطالعه علم‌سنجی است که به روش توصیفی انجام شد و در آن کلیه مقالات منتسب به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی که در نمایه‌های استنادی ISI در سال‌های 1998 تا 2007 منتشر شده بودند، تحت بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها با بهره‌گیری از آمار توصیفی ارائه گردیدند. یافته ها: در کل 1431 مقاله بین سال‌های 1998 تا 2007 منتشر شد. انتشار مقالات رشد صعودی داشت و این رشد در سال 2007 به صورت جهشی بود. بیشترین مقالات در دو نشریه American Journal of Gastroenterology و Journal of Endourology، هر یک 35 مقاله (5/2 درصد)، منتشر شده بود. تمامی مقالات به زبان انگلیسی و بیشترشان (14 درصد) در زمینه فارماکولوژی بودند. در 70 درصد مقالات، محققان دانشگاه نویسنده اول بودند. بیشترین میزان استناد مربوط به مقالات سال 2006 بود. از نظر شاخص هرش، مقالات 2003 بیشترین رقم را داشت. منحنی استناد به مقالات نیز روند رو به رشدی را نشان می‌داد. نتیجه گیری: افزایش انتشار و استناد به مقالات در سال‌های اخیر نشان دهنده رشد کمی و کیفی مقالات مذکور است که احتمالا می‌تواند ناشی از سیاست‌های حمایتی و تشویقی دانشگاه از محققان باشد. واژگان کلیدی: آس اس آی، نمایه استنادی علوم، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی، مقالات، وضعیت انتشار، وضعیت استناد

عنوان انگلیسی A comprehensive study of published articles by members of SBMU and their citation status as reported by the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI) from 1998-2007
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Backgraound: The indexed scientific publication in valid information databases like ISI is an important scale for rating universities. Publication of scientific productions in these databases increases accessability, resulting in greater citation. In this survey, the status of publishing and citing of the SBMU (Shahid Beheshti Medical University) articles from 1997 to 2007 has been studied. The findings are expected to be useful for SBMU schedules and policy making decisions in future. Methods: This is a descriptive scientometric survey of all the articles published by SBMU members in the citation indexes of ISI from 1998 to 2007. The findings have been reported, using descriptive statistics. Results: A total of 1431 articles were investigated. According to the results, the rate of SBMU articles has increased considerably in the study period. Most articles have been published in "American journal of Gastroenterology" and "Journal of Endourology" (each with 35 articles, comprising 2.5% of the articles). All of the articles were in English and most in the field of pharmacology & pharmacy. In 70% of the articles, SBMU researchers were the first author. Most rating citations belong to the articles published in 2006 while articles of 2003 have the highest rate of indexing. The citation diagram shows an increasing curve. Conclusion: The number of article publications and their citations has increased during 1997-2007 which may be an indicative of encouragements and supports provided for the researchers by the university.
