عنوان فارسی نظام نوین بین‌الملل و مدیریت بحران‌های بین‌المللی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مطالعه تجربیات و شیوه‌های مدیریت بحران‌های بین‌المللی توسط چهار قدرت بزرگ (امریکا، اتحادیه اروپا، چین و روسیه) در پیش و پس از جنگ سرد، و بهره‌برداری از آن برای شناخت دوران انتقالی نظام بین‌الملل و شرایط پیچیده می‌تواند تلاش علمی ‌مهمی ‌به حساب آید. تجربیات و رویکردهای هر یک از این قدرت‌های بزرگ در مدیریت بحران‌های بین‌المللی از قدرت نظامی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگ استراتژیک آنها نشئت می‌گیرد، اما آنچه در این میان اهمیت اساسی دارد، تحولات نظام بین‌الملل و تأثیر آن بر ساختار تصمیم‌گیری است. به همین دلیل، در این مقاله تلاش می‌شود به این پرسش مهم پرداخته شود که تحولات نوین نظام بین‌الملل چه تأثیری بر ساختار تصمیم‌گیری قدرت‌های بزرگ در مدیریت بحران‌های بین‌المللی داشته است. در این مطالعه، دو ویژگی‌خاص این بحران‌ها یعنی تنوع دامنه آنها و افزایش تعدادشان در دوران پس از جنگ سرد نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و به پیچیدگی‌های خاص مدیریت قدرت‌های بزرگ از حیث شرایط خاص رقابت و همکاری آنها در حل و فصل این بحران‌ها نیز اشاره می‌شود. در نهایت، این مقاله به اشتراکات و تفاوت‌های مدیریت بحران هر یک از قدرت‌ها در دوران پس از جنگ سرد، با توجه به منافع و اهداف آنها می‌پردازد

عنوان انگلیسی International Crises Management: Great Powers' Experiences and Approaches
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This article tries to study great powers' experiences, methods, and styles for international crises management in the past and the uses of them in the transition period of the international system and the complicated situation of the post - Cold War period. Obviously, experiences and approaches of the great powers regarding international crises management result from their respective military, political, and economic power and also their strategic culture. But what is important here is the developments in the structure of the international system. This article tries to answer the question that whether the structure of the international system has any effect on the great powers' decision – making structure regarding international crises management. This article examines the two characteristics of the crises occurred during the post-Cold War era: diversity of their range and their frequency. On the other hand, there are specific complexities in the great powers style of crises management in terms of their competition as well as cooperation for settling the crises. Finally, the commonalities and differences between crisis management methods employed by each great power during the post – Cold War era, are discussed. The driving force of great powers' special style for international crises management is their own interests and goals.
