چکیده فارسی مقاله هوشمندی رقابتی یا Competitive Intelligence عبارت از فن شناسایی ، گردآوری، تحلیل و ارائه اطلاعات کنش مدار در رابطه با رقبا یا محیط رقابت برای پشتیبانِی از تصمیم گیری مدیران نهاد یا سازمانها در رابطه با رسم برنامه راهبردی می باشد. بازارهای جمهوری فدرال روسیه و کشورهای مستقل مشترک المنافع برای ایران بسیار جذاب و بالقوه درآمدزا هستند. اما در عین حال برای سرمایه گزاران ایرانی، بخصوص در بخش های با کاربرد مضاعف دفاعی می تواند ناپایدار و حتی نامفهوم تلقی شود. این مسئله بخصوص در بعد علمی و فنی غامض تر است چرا که در پست ترین لایه با وجود مراودات ایران و روسیه در طی 350 سال گذشته، رخنمونی از این ابر قدرت سابق در دستگاه علمی ایران موجود نیست.

عنوان انگلیسی An Introduction to Competitive Intelligence in Russia
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Competitive intelligence is a technique of identifying, gathering, analyzing and providing action - oriented information in relation to competitors or competition environment to support decision – making by the managers of institutions or organizations regarding the formulation of a strategic plan. The markets of Russia and the CIS countries are very attractive and potentially profitable for Iran. But, at the same time, they could be considered unsustainable or even meaningless for Iranian investors, especially in the sectors dealing with defense dual use. This becomes more complicated in the scientific and technical dimensions, because, despite many exchanges between Iran and Russia during the past 350 years, there is no significant trace of this former superpower in Iran's scientific establishment. Russia and Iran are sharing a concern about security threats posed by the Western bloc and especially, the U.S. In Russia, competitive intelligence is rooted in its military and civil spying structures. This article tries to give a clear picture of the phenomemon of competitive intelligence in Russia
