عنوان فارسی نقدی بر کتاب «حقوق عمومی در نهج‌البلاغه»
چکیده فارسی مقاله نگارش کتاب حقوق عمومی در نهج البلاغه هم به لحاظ جایگاه والای نهج‌البلاغه در فرهنگ دینی و هم به جهت جایگاه حقوق عمومی در مقایسه با سایر رشته‌های حقوقی، امری ستودنی است. روش ارزیابی و نقد این اثر، استنادی – تحلیلی و مطابق الگوی پیشنهادی شورای بررسی متون و کتب علوم انسانی در چارچوب معرفی کلی، بررسی شکلی و محتوایی اثر است. به لحاظ محتوا، رویکرد اسلامی به حقوق عمومی، تامل گسترده در نهج‌البلاغه و انطباق صحیح عناوین با نمونه‌های انتخابی در بیشتر موارد را می‌توان از نقاط قوت این کتاب به شمارآورد؛ هرچند این اثر، از عدم نظم منطقی و انسجام محتوایی، فقدان دقت و جامعیت، رنج می‌برد. در برخی از موارد نیز برداشت‌های نویسنده از تعابیر امیر مومنان در  نهج‌البلاغه، قابل تامل است. به‌رغم اهمیت فوق‌العاده حقوق اساسی به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین شاخه حقوق عمومی که انبوهی از موضوعات مربوط به حاکمیت و دولت، نهادهای حکومتی و حقوق ملت، در زیر مجموعه آن قرار می‌گیرد، کم‌ترین مقدار از صفحات به آن اختصاص یافته و مورد بی‌مهری واقع شده است. کیفیت فنی اثر خوب بوده و قواعد عمومی نگارش رعایت شده است؛ با وجود این، نقاط ضعف شکلی اثر عبارتند از عدم سازماندهی مناسب کتاب، عدم رعایت تناسب حجمی فصل‌ها و تفصیل بیش از حد ضمیمه کتاب.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The publication of the book "Public Law in Nahj al-Balaghah" is admirable in terms of the supreme position of Nahj al-Balaghah in religious culture as well as in terms of the status of Public Law in comparison with Other branches of law. The method of evaluation of this book is citation-analytical and in accordance with the proposed model of the review committee for the Study of Texts and Books of the Humanities in the framework of general introduction, review of the form and content of the book. The book's strengths in terms of content are: Islamic approach to public law, extensive reflection on Nahj al-Balaghah, and proper matching of titles with selective samples in most cases; although this book suffers from logical disorder and content cohesion, inaccuracy and incompleteness. In some cases, the author's perceptions of Imam Ali impressions in Nahj al-Balāghah can be criticized. In spite of the great importance of constitutional law as the most important branch of public law, a large number of issues relating to sovereignty and government, governmental institutions and the rights of the nation, which are subdividedare, the smallest amount of pages is devoted to it and underestimated. The technical quality of the book is good and the general rules of writing are respected; However, weaknesses in book form, include: lack of proper organization of the book, The proportions of the length of the chapters and the exhaustion of the annexed book.
