عنوان فارسی تحلیل رابطه هوش اخلاقی با سلامت روان معلمان مدارس
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه: وجود اخلاق در معلمان بستر رشد و تعالی آموزش‌وپرورش است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه هوش اخلاقی با سلامت روان معلمان می‌باشد. روش: روش تحقیق توصیفی– همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل7241 نفر از معلمان مدارس دولتی متوسطه دخترانه شهر تهران بوده که از این تعداد 547 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای نسبی، با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد هوش اخلاقی و سلامت روان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. پایایی پرسشنامه‌‌ها با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ به‌ترتیب (89/0، 80/0) محاسبه شد. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها آزمون شاپیرو- ویلک، آزمون فریدمن، و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری از طریق نرم افزار SPSS و Smart PLS انجام پذیرفت. یافته‌ها: 01/0 r = رابطه معنادار وجود دارد. به این معنی که معلمان با هوش اخلاقی بالا از سلامت روان بهتری برخوردارند. از بین مؤلفه‌های هوش اخلاقی درستکاری بیشترین رابطه را با سلامت روان دارد. براساس آزمون فریدمن، بخشش با میانگین رتبه (14/4)، بالاترین و دلسوزی با میانگین رتبه (05/2) دارای کمترین امتیاز است. و مدل از برازندگی قابل قبول برخوردار است. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تأثیر معنادار هوش اخلاقی بر سلامت روان معلمان، توجه شود که آمادگی اخلاقی معلمان نیازمند تعلیم و تربیت کافی است. درستکاری نقش مهمتری در افزایش سلامت روان داشته است؛ معلمان بایستی بین باور‌ها و اعمال خود هماهنگی ایجاد نمایند. همچنین در تدوین برنامه‌های آموزش و پرورش بر قابلیت‌های هوش اخلاقی به‌عنوان عامل تأثیرگذار بر سلامت روان معلمان توجه شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Analysis of the Relationship between Ethical Intelligence and Mental Health of School Teachers
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: The existence of ethics in teachers contributes to the growth and development of education. The purpose of this study, investigates the relationship between ethical intelligence and mental health of teachers. Method: The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study included 7241 of Tehran public high school, from which 547 people were selected by using Cochran formula and sampling method of rational random classification. The data collection method was based on questionnaires., moral intelligence questionnaire, and mental health were questionnaire. The calculated reliabity for Ethical Intelligence questionnaire and mental health questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha method (0.89, 0.80), respectively, to analyze data, Shapiro-Wilk test, Friedman test, and structural equation modeling performed through Spss and Pls software. Results: There is a significant relationship between moral intelligence and mental health.  teachers with a high moral intelligence have better mental health. Among the components of ethical intelligence, Honesty has the most relationship with mental health. According to the Friedman test, forgiveness with the average rating (14.4), the highest and compassion with the average rating (2.5) has the lowest score. And the model has an acceptable fitness. Conclusion: According the significant effect of ethical intelligence on mental health of teachers, it should be noted that, the moral readiness of teachers is need education. Honesty has played a more important role in improving mental health; teachers must coordinate their beliefs and practices. In developing educational programs, the ethical intelligence capabilities should be considered as a factor affecting mental health of teachers.
