عنوان فارسی بررسی نقش اعتماد و وابستگی بر عملکرد سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی در فرایند تسهیم دانش در فاوا شهرداری شیراز
چکیده فارسی مقاله یکی از چالش‌های اساسی مدیریت دانش در اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان امروزی، ترغیب افراد برای تسهیم دانش آنان است. ساختارهای دانش‌بنیان به دلیل نیاز شدید به مشارکت افراد، باید رویکرد اعتماد-محور در پیش گیرند، زیرا لازمه خلق و تسهیم دانش سطح بالایی از اعتماد و خوش‌بینی در روابط اعضای سازمان با یکدیگر است. این مهم در سازمان‌های مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات به‌خصوص موردتوجه است زیرا از گروه‌هایی تشکیل‌شده‌اند که هدف نهایی آن‌ها اجرای موفق پروژه‌های سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی است. این پژوهش که با هدف بررسی نقش متغیرهای اعتماد و وابستگی میان افراد در توفیق تسهیم اطلاعات در سازمان انجام شده است با استفاده از روش پیمایشی، نظرات خبرگان و مدیران سازمان فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات شهرداری شیراز را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. پس از گردآوری و تحلیل مقدماتی داده‌ها، اقدام به آزمون مدل مفهومی پژوهش با استفاده از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری گردید. نتایج نشان می‌دهد میزان ارتباطات اعضا بر اعتماد گروه سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد، همچنین تأثیر معنادار اعتماد و وابستگی، بر تسهیم دانش میان اعضا مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است که منجر به افزایش عملکرد گروه سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی می‌شود.

It is considered especially information and communication technology-based organizations Because they are largely composed of groups that their ultimate goal is the successful implementation of information systems projects.This study aimed to investigate the relationship of trust and dependence among individuals in the successful sharing of information across the organization Using the survey method, Is examined the comments of experts and managers of Information and Communication Technology organization of Shiraz Municipality. After preliminary data collection and analysis, to test the conceptual model research by using structural equation modeling. The results show that  The communication between remembers the positive and significant impact on the Trust's Group Information Systems. Also significant influence trust and dependence, has been approved on knowledge sharing among members Which leads to Increase the performance of the Department of Information Systems.
