عنوان فارسی روش شناسی تحلیل مضمون و کاربرد آن در مطالعات سیاستگذاری عمومی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مطالعات سیاستگذاری عمومی به دنبال بررسی عوامل موثر بر سیاست‌ها و تأثیر سیاست‌ها بر جامعه است و در این زمینه از روش‌های مختلفی بهره می­گیرد. پیچیدگی محیط سیاستگذاری عمومی، ابعاد مختلف مسائل سیاستی وشرایط و عوامل متفاوت تاثیرگذار بر متغیرهای مورد مطالعه در رشته سیاستگذاری عمومی در جوامع مختلف ایجاب می‌کند که تحلیلگران سیاستگذاری، مجهز به رویکردهای روش‌شناسی مناسب باشند تا بتوانند این پدیده­های غامض را در چارچوب و زمینه خاص خود مطالعه و بررسی نمایند.  در این میان، تحلیل مضمون روشی برای تعیین، تحلیل و بیان الگوهای موجود درون داده­ها است. این روش داده­ها را سازماندهی و با جزئیات توصیف می­کند اما می­تواند از این فراتر رفته و جنبه­های مختلف موضوع پژوهش را تفسیر نماید. مقاله پیش رو با توجه به اهمیت روش‌­های پژوهش‌ کیفی در حوزه سیاستگذاری به تبیین روش تحلیل مضمون، ویژگی­های و مراحل  آن پرداخته، نمونه‌هایی از کاربرد این روش در سیاستگذاری عمومی را بیان کرده و نرم افزارهای مناسب برای اجرای این روش را معرفی کرده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Methodology of Thematic Analysis and its Application in Public Policy Studies
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Public Policy studies, examines the factors influencing on public policies, the impact of policies on society and uses various methods in this regard. The complexity of the public policy environment, the different dimensions of policy issues, and the various factors affecting the variables studied in the field of public policy in different societies, requires that policy analysts be equipped with appropriate methodological approaches So that they can study these phenomena in their own context. In the meantime, the thematic analysis is a method for determining, analyzing and expressing the existing patterns within the data. This method, at least, organizes the data and describes it in detail but it can go beyond that and interpret different aspects of the subject matter of the research. This paper, considering the importance of the qualitative research methods in the policy researches, explained the features and stages of thematic analysis and described the examples of the application of this method in policy researches and finally introduced suitable software for implementation of this method.
