عنوان فارسی فرهنگ راهبردی ج.ا.ایران؛ عوامل و ویژگی‌ها
چکیده فارسی مقاله فرهنگ راهبردی، نظامی منسجم از نماد‌هـاست که ترجیحات راهبردی طولانی­مدت و فراگیر را از طریق صورت‌بندی مفاهیم و نقش‌ها و اثربخشی نیروهای نظامی در امور سیاسی بین دولت‌ها، ایجاد می‌کند؛ به‌­عبارتی، فرهنگ راهبردی، یک محیط اجتماعی اندیشه‌ای است که گزینه‌های رفتاری را محدود می‌کند. فرهنگ راهبردی درصدد تبیین این موضوع است که چرا کشورهایی با ساختارهای مادی مشابه، راهبرد‌های متفاوتی را انتخاب می‌کنند؟ در چنین شرایطی و باتوجه به نفوذ فزاینده فرهنگ در حیطه مطالعات امنیتی، بحث فرهنگ راهبردی مطرح شد. پرسش این تحقیق آن است که عوامل و ویژگی‌های فرهنگ راهبردی ج.ا. ایران کدامند؟ این تحقیق که از نوع توسعه‌ای است، با استفاده از روش اسنادی-کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، براساس روش انتخابی (غیرتصادفی) از بین صاحب‌نظران رشته «روابط بین‌الملل»، «برخی از مراکز پژوهشی و اساتید دانشگاهی شهر تهران» انتخاب شده‌اند. حجم نمونه این تحقیق 50 نفر است. در راستای پاسخ‌گویی به پرسش‌های تحقیق از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شد. به‌­منظور تعیین روایی، از روش «روایی محتوایی» استفاده شد. یافته‌های به‌دست آمده، مؤید عوامل و ویژگی‌های موردنظر نگارنده در مورد فرهنگ راهبردی ج.ا. ایران است. یافته‌های آماری بیانگر آن است که ویژگی‌های «الهام‌بخشی»، «تعامل‌پذیری بدون وابستگی یک­جانبه»، «بی‌اعتمادی به بیگانگان»، «پرهیز از جنگ‌طلبی و تأکید بر صلح و امنیت»، «خوداتکایی»، «نیروی انسانی و روحیه»، «ایمان به خدا، ولایت‌پذیری و شهادت‌طلبی»، «تهدیدمحوری»، «حضور یکپارچه مردم در شرایط دفاعی»، «انسجام داخلی در شرایط دفاعی»، «دشمن‌شناسی مردم»، «بالا بودن آستانه تحمل مردم»، «داشتن اعتماد به نفس» از نظر نمونه آماری، از میانگین بالاتری نسبت به ویژگی‌های سطوح اجتماعی و خُرد برخوردار بوده‌اند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Strategic culture is a coherent system of symbols that generates the long-term and inclusive strategic preferences through formulating the concepts, roles and effectiveness of the military forces in the political affairs between governments; in fact, strategic culture is a social thinking-oriented environment that limits the behavioral choices. Strategic culture seeks to explain this matter that why countries with similar material structures select different strategies? In this context and regarding the increasing influence of culture in the field of security studies, the discussion of strategic culture was raised. The question of this research is: What are the factors and features of strategic culture of I.R. of Iran? This research which is a developmental study has been done using the documentary-library and field study methodology. The statistical population of this research has been selected on the basis of a selective (non-occasional) method from among the experts in the field of "international relations", "some research centers and university professors in Tehran". The sample size of this study is 50 individuals. Questionnaires were used to elicit answer to the research questions. Content validity method was used to determine its validity. The findings of this study confirm the factors and features of the author regarding strategic culture of I.R. of Iran. The statistical findings indicate that the features of "inspiration", "interoperability without unilateral dependence", "distrust to foreigners," "avoiding bellicosity and emphasizing peace and security," "self-reliance," "human power and morale," "faith in God, providence and martyrdom", "Threat-orientedness"," The unique presence of people in defense condition", "internal integrity in defense condition", "People's recognition of enemy", "people's higher tolerance threshold", and "having self-esteem" statistically had a higher average than social and welfare levels.
