عنوان فارسی ارائه الگوی مطلوب مدیریت جهادی در انقلاب اسلامی «موردکاوی رهنمودهای رهبر انقلاب اسلامی»
چکیده فارسی مقاله این پژوهش با هدف ارائه الگوی مطلوب مدیریت جهادی در انقلاب اسلامی، براساس رهنمودهای رهبر انقلاب اسلامی، که در طی سالیان متمادی گذشته، به عنوان نظریه‌پردازِ این موضوع بوده‌اند، صورت پذیرفت؛ از آنجائیکه تحقیقات علمی‌ که در این این زمینه انجام شده یا قابلیت اجرائی نداشته و یا دارای نقص‌‌هائی بوده‌اند، تصمیم به پژوهش در این زمینه گرفته شد. روش‌شناسی موردنظر در این پژوهش، روش داده‌بنیاد می‌باشد؛ که در ابتدا با استفاده از این روش به تحلیل داده‌ها و استخراج مدل پرداخته و سپس با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی و نظرسنجیِ 15 نفر از نخبگان و خبرگان، در راستای تائید پایائی و روائی پژوهش و اعتبارسنجی نتایج، از نظرات آنان استفاده شد؛ جامعه آماری شامل کلیه سخنان مقام معظم رهبری، از سال 68 تا به امروز بوده که شامل 1540 سخنرانی می‌باشد و از این بین به صورت هدفمند، سخنرانی‌هائی که با کلیدواژه جهاد، مدیریت جهادی، و یا در بر دارنده نکات کلیدی در باب مدیریت بوده (دیدار با مدیران و کارگزاران نظام)، انتخاب شدند، که یک نمونه، شامل 134 سخنرانی را شامل شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و طراحی مدل، در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام گرفت، که بر اساس آن در پاسخ به سوال اصلی: «الگوی مطلوب مدیریت جهادی براساس رهنمودهای رهبر انقلاب اسلامی کدام است؟»، مدل کیفی پژوهش طراحی، و نتایج شامل: 2128 شناسه، 136 مفهوم، 19 زیرمقوله و 32 مقوله، می‌باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Introducing A Desirable Jihadi Management Model in The Islamic Revolution " Exploring The Guidelines of The Islamic Revolution Leader"
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This study was aimed at presenting a desirable model of Jihadi management in the Islamic Revolution, which was put forward by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution. Because previously conducted studies were not applicable or had some shortages, the current study did an attempt to bridge the gap. The methodology in this research is based on Grounded Theory. Initially, using this method, data analysis and model extraction were used and then, using a Snowball sampling and a survey of 15 elites and experts, elites were used to confirm the reliability and validity of the research and validate the results. The statistical population consists of all the speeches of the Supreme Leader, from 68 to today, including 1540 lectures, among which targeted speeches, with the words Jihad, Jihadist management, or key management points ( Meeting with managers and system administrators), which included an example of 134 lectures. Data analysis and design of the model were carried out in three stages: open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Based on this, a qualitative research model was designed to answer the question “ What is a desirable Jihadi management model due to the guidelines of the Islamic Revolution Leader?” and the results of the present study showed 2128 identities, 136 concepts, 19 subcategories and 32 categories.Key Words: Jihad, Guideline,Model, Axial Category, Grounded Theory.The statistical population consists of all the speeches of the Supreme Leader, from 68 to today, including 1540 lectures, among which targeted speeches, with the words Jihad, Jihadist management, or key management points ( Meeting with managers and system administrators), which included an example of 134 lectures.
