عنوان فارسی کاربرد مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر و همبستگی آن با اثر بخشی مدیریت تربیت بدنی در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی سراسر کشور
چکیده فارسی مقاله  مقدمه: مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر بر رضایت مشتریان و اثربخشی نیز بر انجام دادن کارهای شایسته یا درست در سازمان تمرکز دارد. هدف این پژوهش تعیین کاربرد مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر و همبستگی آن با اثر بخشی مدیریت تربیت بدنی در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی سراسر کشور می باشد. مواد و روش ها: در این پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی، 92 نفر از کارشناسان تربیت بدنی که در 25 دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشغول به خدمت بودند به روش نمونه گیری طبقه بندی انتخاب و وارد مطالعه شدند. اطلاعات به وسیله "پرسشنامه مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر"(Total Quality Management Questionnaire) و "پرسشنامه اثر بخشی"(Effectiveness Questionnaire) جمع آوری شد. روایی محتوای پرسشنامه ها با نظر متخصصین و پایایی آن ها با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 14 استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایح نشان داد که بین بکارگیری مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر (001/0=P) در تربیت بدنی دانشگاه ها و همچنین میزان اثر بخشی (003/0=P) در واحدهای پژوهش تفاوت آماری معنی داری وجود دارد. از طرف دیگر، بین مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر و اثربخشی مدیریت تربیت بدنی، همبستگی آماری معنی داری وجود داشت (001/0=P). نتیجه گیری: وجود رابطه مثبت و معنی دار بین مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر و اثربخشی می تواند سبب موفقیت سازمان شود. پیشنهاد می شود برای رسیدن به حداکثر سطح مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر، اصول مدیریت کیفیت به کارکنان آموزش داده شود. بعلاوه، جهت کسب اثربخشی بالا انگیزه کار گروهی و مشارکت در انجام کارها در بین کارکنان تقویت گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی The application of Total Quality Management and its correlation with the effectiveness of physical education management at the universities of medical sciences
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Introduction: Total quality management (TQM) focuses on the customers' satisfaction and effectiveness focuses on carrying out proper or right tasks in organization. The aim of this study was to determine the application of Total Quality Management and its correlation with the effectiveness of physical education management at the universities of medical sciences. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive-correlational study, 92 male and female physical education experts that employed in 25 universities of medical sciences were selected and recruited based on stratified sampling. The data were collected through the "Questionnaires of Total Quality Management" and "Questionnaires of Effectiveness". The content validity of the questionnaires was determined based on the specialists’ views and the reliability of the questionnaires was estimated using Cronbach's alpha. The data were analyzed applying descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficient using SPSS/14. Findings: The results indicated that there was a significant difference between applying TQM )P=0.001(in physical education programs at the universities and effectiveness (P=0.003( among the study population. On the other hand, there was a significant correlation between the participants regarding TQM and effectiveness of physical education management (P=0.001). Conclusion: A significant positive relationship between TQM and effectiveness can lead to a successful organization. It is suggested that the principles of TQM be instructed to the employees so that the maximum level in total quality management would be achieved. In order to obtain high effectiveness, motivation for team work, and involvement in performing tasks among the employees should be improved.
